Really cute clothes. The manager and the workers there are awful. They don’t return or give store credit even when you have the receipt and the tag is still on the item. And when I was trying to do this not only do they have a weird return policy the lady was flat out rude and loud in front of multiple other customers.

Customer service is at low rating for me, came in with no welcoming feel… decent prices for cute clothing, but will not shop there again. Will only shop with great service.

Only one girl on the staff was rude. Made me pay for TWO clothing items that I didn’t even try on because buttons were broken and I guess they didn’t want to have to pay for it themselves. They tried an excuse that «they checked my clothing items» but I know for sure that the first time, the girl only counted my clothes and grabbed a number. Only the 2nd time did the girl check my clothes. Used to love this store until how I got treated today for something I didn’t do. Lucky I didn’t refuse to pay.

I went into this store while in the area, expecting it to be another awfully tacky «club clothing» type store. But to my surprise, they had so many adorable things! Great prices (I paid $ 32 for a dress/​$ 30 for a nice blouse). The items are things you see in boutiques! Lots of patterns, solids, and same item in several colors. And lots of trends. I was very pleasantly surprised, and will gladly add this to one of my go-​to stores. And conveniently placed by Sam Moon (same owner I believe), you can create your whole look! :)

This place straight… whispers sweet nothings in my wallet’s ears. It’s got AFFORDABLE boutique apparel!
I go to boutiques all the time, mostly to just scoff at the price tags that demand $ 69.99 for a dang see-​through tank top with one cool button on it.
But THIS STORE, has some of the exact same unique boutique clothing that I’ve seen at other pricey/​trendy stores except less expensive. yay!
The store description says it’s a resale/​consignment store, but it’s not. Upscale for Less is in the same strip center as Sam Moon and owned by the same guy. Try it out, it’s great! Two stylish thumbs wayyy up!
