4 stars because I don’t know enough to give it 5. I’ve only been here on Sunday and Sunday’s are kinda dead. Service is good. Food is what’s you expect. Drinks good. The guy servers are cute that’s always a plus. Nothing spectacular but I like bdubs so it a 4 for me. *Drinks up*

Unexpectedly good! We just thought of having a regular meal here at buffalo but what we had was a fine one.
Food was great, service was great! We have Buffalo Wild Wings at home too, so we weren’t too surprised by the food quality! But we were very pleased with the whole experience!

Food was good. Order was correct. Service was really really bad. Waited FOREVER for waitress to take our order. The food arrived and after 4min of waiting we grabbed our own set ups from the front. No refills were given we had to ask someone else. Beer was ordered and literally 20 min later it was brought out. Server name on receipt was Savannah.

If you like wings and sports then come here, if you don’t then simply don’t! The wings are excellent, reasonably priced and made fresh with a variety of different sauces, and the burgers are also particularly good. Definitely worth a visit, and a cheat day

This is actually my favorite wings place just because I love their sauces and how much they put on their wings. They have bone in specials on Tuesday and boneless specials on Thursday. They also have different drink specials.
They have nice big tvs if you like to watch the game. It’s a pretty loud environment on busy days.
I have yet to receive bad service at this location.

Joel is by far the most impressive bartender I’ve come across in a long time! He chatted with all of his customers and made the entire bar feel at home! I will come back to this bar before heading back to California just to see him.

For $ 14.99 you can fries slaw and boneless wings. The food is not fresh. Although not wings you can go to Kanes and get a 4 strip combo fries slaw and bread all fresh and served fast for $ 8.99. Buffalo wild wings is all about the sports bar experience and alcohol option. Not a fan of their food but the beer selection is worth 2 stars

Service is poor. Food is good. But it smells like a jock strap… so I would suggest either eating outside or just ordering your food to-​go

Buffalo Wild Wings does a good job of making sure the ambiance and food experience is consistent at all locations. The food is exactly as you would expect at this location, however, the service is sub par. The bartenders are great — fast and attentive, but the floor staff is clueless. Sit at the bar or go elsewhere as there are plenty of options in the area. Note, this is a reflection of several experiences during the lunch hour. The evening staff may be different.

Stopped in for an early lunch and sat at the bar, the bartenders name was Jenna. After looking around and noticing some things that are not proper bar techniques, I noticed more things. Here is what I found.
11:30am
–Open red bull can in cooler going flat
–Garnishes left uncovered so flys can land on them
–Scooping ice with glasses instead of a scoop (showed bartender where the scoop was, she responded with «oh, it’s just for looks»)
–Salt poured in a line by beer taps (bartender stated it was «to keep bar flys away»)
–Pint glass cooler was left open the whole time
–Employees gossiping about other employees in front of customers
–Dirty air vents
These are basic bartending mistakes that should be corrected by management.

So I want to make a review to highlight a positive aspect of the service I and my friends experienced, largely because of the personality of our waitress Bailey and even the inclusion of the other staff (makayla) to be exact. Bailey made this dining experience great! She was reaponsive, spoke to us with fun and open dialogue and really made us feel like a part of this establishment.
I’m very observant and I totally noticed the energy die when their manager was present. He needs to embody the energy he wants his staff to convey. Encourage the waitresses to talk to us and be inclusive if that makes our dining experience better. Be the source of their positive energy bc when it’s negative, we see it and THAT makes for a shitty dining experience.
Thanks Bailey for the awesome time here. We’ll be sure to return if people like you are the one serving us. Don’t forget… Oxygen.

Every time I order a to go they mess it up. I mean it’s just a chicken sandwich and a bacon burger. How hard is it to get it right? How do you forget cheese on a bacon cheese burger?

I had a wonderful experience here! My sister and I were looking for a late night Sunday dinner and everywhere was closed. But apparently BW3 does not close… Ever! Haha, which is awesome for us (guests) but not so much for the employees. Nevertheless, the waitress are super nice and attentive.
I usually order 10 traditional wings: 5 Sweet BBQ and 5 Mild (I can’t handle spicy). Their menu is really helpful because they list all their sauces in order from sweetest to spiciest. For sides, my sister and I shared the wedge fries with cheddar cheese on top (very good and more than enough for two people).
This is a really good restaurant to catch a game, a fight, or what have you while drinking a nice cold beer (and eating wings of course). The entire place is filled with big screens and play multiple games.
Their bathrooms are clean and the parking lot is huge!

Only because I can’t leave 0 stars. My entire party is in the restaurant industry and we were horrified.
Our food took 40 minutes to come out. Our waitress was on something. Asked for limes 4 times and they never came. Our drinks didn’t come half the time (even though we ordered them) and we had to order from the bar. Our waitress was doing shots under a table at one point. I’ve never seen anything like this before. Had to go track her down for the check after we asked for it multiple times.
Tipped our bartender (since he did all the work) and got the hell out of there. Won’t be back.

WORST EXPERIENCE. I went to this place a couple months back while I was in the area… I told my waitress that I have Celiac Disease and needed my Salad to be 100% Gluten Free and to not be cross contaminated. I asked for no crutons, my chicken to not be marinated, and no dressing. I get my salad, take a bite, and of course the chicken is marinated. When I told the waitress about it I got an eye roll and a sigh. She then comes back with their allergy book (that I was previously told that they didn’t have) and tells me to pick what I wanted as a substitute because they couldn’t un-​marinate their chicken. huh?! Why couldn’t she tell me that in the first place??? I looked at their menue and I KID YOU NOT it listed Mozzarella Sticks as a gluten free option. I ended up not being able to eat anything and left starving. Thank God there is a Pei Wei near-​by.

I’ve been here a few times but my last visit absolutely ruined this location for me. Our server who was also the bartender was rude (My boyfriend said it must have been an off day for her because he usually has her as his server here and shes fantastic) either way she argued about a drink I ordered and I felt kind of bad because i’m a server as well but she handled it wrong. We got our food everything was fine. When we were leaving she brought us all refills on our drinks in a huge to go cup which I was excited for and thought was great. I got outside to my car and took a sip and something hard went in my mouth and I felt it cut my tongue so I quickly spit it out into my hand to find that it was a dark amber piece of glass!!! There was beer bottle glass all in my cup and I was pissed! How does that happen? I argued with her about my drink but never should that have meant there was glass in my drink! My boyfriend grabbed my cup and the glass and took it to her and her reply was «It all comes out of spouts» and shrugged he came back out side pissed off and we left. I regret not telling a manager because that is dangerous and unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location I will drive the 15 miles to the spring location.
P.S The server Gabriel is actually really great so if you do go ask for him!

I’m giving this place a 5 star because of Brandon our server was great and very friendly, love to go to places where they great us with a smile and they’re happy to help and offer you ideas on what to get, even if you have been there before, off course we got wings and had some drinks and I know is a chain restaurant but when they have good wings and beer how could I stay away. thank you Brandon for great service.
They have great weekly deals and happy hours I will totally recommend the Long Island ice tea was $ 4.00 dollars so I was happy with my drink and it was not to strong just the a perfect combination.

Now I love me some BWWs.
I did not eat at this location. I came here with a friend to eat, drink, and watch the rockets. This is a sports bar! With more TVs than you can watch!
Huge problem, and not their fault. THEY DON’T HAVE COMCAST! YOU CANT WATCH THE ROCKETS, OR ASTROS WITHOUT COMCAST!
Again not their problem, if you like these teams you know the problem.
Tomball location is the best by far. I miss you Tomball BWWs. :(

If you love wings, love watching games on the big screen and being in a loud enviroment than this is your place. I prefer just placing a to go order and eating at home, this place is super loud. and sometimes service can be slow
I’m not a big wing girl but they have some pretty good flavors to choose from here. My favorite is the Caribbean jerk and last week I had Thai curry flavored wings, which was actually pretty good. They have a pretty good chicken quiesdilla too. This is probably one of the best wing restaurant, I’ve had other chains but for wings this is probably the tastiest.
Service can sometimes be good and bad depending how busy they get. This place stays open late so it can get pretty crowded during game time, or during peak hours. I normally only come here when we have a large group.
P. S. I gave them an extra star b/​c they’re open every day, even on Christmas!
