Dr. Hampton is the sweetest. HOWEVER, she gave me birth control with refills for a year. The prescription always said«1 more refill» until one day the new packet said«no refills». I called and they said Hampton wanted to see me before refilling. I had enough birth control to last 1 month but her soonest appointment was TWO months away! They said she would fill a prescription for me in the mean time. However, she didn’t. I had to call back a month later when I finished the pack and she still filled it 3 days later, messing up my cycle. One week before the appointment I made, I get a call saying she will be OUTOFOFFICE that day? They rescheduled me another MONTH later!!! This is ridiculous! Finding another doctor.

No words to express how amazing this office is. From start, making an appointment with the amazingly sweet Amy, who remembers you after your first visit — to the nurses. Christina specifically. They put you at ease, are knowledgable and competent. I have had two babies with this office. Dr. Turner is my primary OB but I’ve dealt with Dr. Hampton she she was out and I adore them both. My first baby had some complications and came early and Dr. Turner had vacation scheduled and delivered my baby and then went on vacation and called every day to check on me. My second child with her was seamless. She is gentle and caring and I trust her completely! They have grown so it may take a while to get in as a new patient but trust me, it is WORTHTHEWAIT!!!

Horrible! I will never go back and wouldn’t refer my worst enemy there! I will give it one star because Dr. Hampton and her clinical staff were super nice during my pregnancy! After I had my baby I had an IUD placed. Here we are 7 months later I’m still having issues with it and after her staff continued to tell me all my symptoms were normal I went for another opinion. Sure enough the IUD is not placed in the correct spot, had they taken the time to do an Ultrasound they would have known. I went in for an appointment for her to check and I took a copy of the ultrasound to show her, I even called and told the nurse or medical assistant what was going on. When I got there I did not have my new insurance card and the front desk girl(Amy) said that I had to pay over $ 200.00 plus my visit that day in order to be seen. I told her I was not paying anything until I spoke to the doctor about the situation. After waiting 25 minutes I walked out. Before I posted this review I have waited one week to give the doctor an opportunity to call me and I still have not heard from her. Let me add that my delivery was an emergency c-section, a week and a half after I went home I was pretty sure I had a small infection in the area. They told me I needed to go. Have a flu test done before they saw me. Guess what? No flu but I. Sure did have an infection in the cut and they waited 2 days to get me in to check it after I had my flu test! Luckily the urgent care gave me antibiotics! Don’t go here!

Went in too get my depo shot only to find out that they are on back order, and I should have received a call about how I was to bring my own shot from the pharmacy, and never did. I asked if they had the right phone number for me and sure enough, they did. They sent me off saying they’d call in my shot to my pharmacy and I could just do it at home myself. They also didn’t ask if I needed to set up another appointment for my next shot or any instructions on how to administer a shot. The appointment before this, I came in to get my shot and they said they couldn’t give it to me because I was overdue for a well women’s exam… why didn’t I get a call about that either?!! And why didn’t they tell me after my last appointment that it was overdue and time to set one up?! I’m just a young girl trying to not get pregnant and this place seems to have no regards toward that. I love the doctors here and the front desk girl Amy is so sweet. But after having several bad experiences in a row with the same nurse, Chrissy I think, i will NOT be returning. I’ve been coming here since I was 15 and now I have to switch doctors because I refuse to waste any more of my time driving 45 minutes to and 45 minutes from the doctors when they couldn’t even give me my shot, ANDSOMEONESHOULDHAVECALLEDTOTELLMETHIS. I have a very busy schedule and I refuse to give my business to people who are sloppy and don’t make confirmation calls, or calls at all. Will not waste any more time with the staff here. I’d also like to point out that the nurses here have consistently talked down to me for being young. That’s not fair at all. Like excuse me for being proactive and not wanting to have a baby right now.

Acquiring a new doctor is often a frustrating experience for me, so I had to up the level of frustration and find a new doctor and be pregnant at the same time. System overload & I’ll spare most details, I got lucky with my first pick! I computer stalked credentials, sorry it’s a bad habit I suppose, but at least I am honest about it. Tracey Turner was a top candidate both in her background and her convenience, distance wise to my home. So I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best when I first booked an appointment to 1st Choice Obstetrics and Gynecology. It’s a very calming office, generally always quiet when I come in. They are quick to get you checked in and even more so quick to get the ball rolling. The nurses(I’ve had 4 different ones) have all been super friendly and personable, even when I’m not so much of either but more so half dead, it’s gotten worse as months progressed. Pretty sure it’s a fascinating thing to watch a person’s energy and life being sucked out of them, haha(kids start that routine even before they are around!). Doctor Turner has by far exceeded my expectations; as though I can have any given this is my first pregnancy and I don’t know what really to expect other than it takes a daunting, long, drawn out, 9 months of being a human vessel. She is thorough with answering all questions and giving out additional informative information every step of the way. Very personable and friendly, you almost forget you’re in the doctor’s office, until you think about the idea that you can see the entire morning traffic racing down 45 and the blinds are all open wide and they tell you bottoms off today. Maybe that parts just me it just makes me laugh in an odd sort of way, you’re on the 4th floor by the way no one can see you… I hope.

I have been going to Dr. Turner since the beginning of her career in The Woodlands. She is sweet, kind and knowledgeable. I now bring my daughter to her. I highly recommend her. I will be going to her for as long as she is in my area, which I hope is forever.
