When I called Michael Petruccelli of TrentonHawk Technologies, LLC, I did so because I had used another person a month ago to clean up and fix my computer. What the other person did messed up and slowed down my computer, so I checked on Unilocal to see who in my area could be recommended. I called Mike after reading several 5-​star comments made by clients he had helped. I am a 72 year old man who still works in education part-​time and I use my computer quite a bit. He took his time explaining everything to me as he cleaned my old computer, stopping to answer any questions I might have. As far as I am concerned, Mike is my «Go To» man for technology from now on. I am already lining him up with other technological issues that I would like solved in my home. Honesty is his policy and his prices are below others that I had checked out. I recommend him highly as he treats his clients with respect.

Michael knows what he’s doing when removing viruses or unneeded files to make your computer run as fast as possible. He has the best programs to do these operations. His knowledge of computer operations is extraordinary. Besides that, his fees are affordable. That’s why I recommend him to my friends and professional associates who use computers and need to be up and running.

I purchased a internet router setup service visit through Amazon from Mike from Trentonhawk, after finding favorable reviews online. Mike was courteous and timely in his communications and arrived on time. He identified the problem with our old router set-​up and systematically tested speeds on our main devices (phones, laptops). He then re-​configured the router settings to guarantee the great speeds that extended throughout our home, including reaching the basement and second floor.
