Michaels Meat and Seafood

This is the 2^nd time we have had issues here. The first time we had ever been in here when it was first opened we had an employee (young man) who was super sarcastic and rude with us for asking a couple questions. We are not idiots and most butchers dont mind when you ask questions. But we figured it was a young guy thing or something.
Now about 2 wks ago we went in and all their cases were pretty low, which they said upon us coming in. I got some fish which was good when I made it at home but something ive never encountered before when buying this kind of fish was weird gelatin type dye that seemed to stick around after I cooked it. So I am wondering if they put dyes into their fish and maybe its not that fresh. But the main issue I had was I bought some chicken thighs and it was the last of the what they had out, they told me they were fresh but I felt like the guys looked at each other when I asked for them. So I let them sit in my fridge for a day before I needed the thighs and I had bought more from the Oly location (which has always been great) and when I got home to marinate all of them together for a large gathering the stuff I had bought the day before STUNK when opened. So I had to throw it out. My new ones from the Oly location were fine and smelled normal but that left me with much less food than I had anticipated.
I will never try the shelton location again due to this. My family couldve gotten seriously sick!!!
