Not really impressed with my experience… pulled up in the drive through for breakfast and before there was even an introduction or ‘how are you doing ’ I was greeted by a bored voice asking for charity donations before anything else… I don’t mind donating it was just pretty off putting to have it shoved at me like that. Also ordered a large coffee which they charged me for but given the size of the cup I’m thinking it was a regular… otherwise food was hot and fresh, employee who handed me the food was friendly and personable

Hamburger Buns had mold peeled off and was still served, plus meat was cold and looked like it was sitting out for hours. Will never go back. Manager denied claims and wouldn’t offer refund, I had to ask for one. Informed corporate as well as local health department. What a waste of money. Fast food doesn’t mean to hand out dumpster trash to your guest, extremely disappointed.

They do the best that they can with what they have. Shelton is not a fast pace kind of town and they fit just fine.

Seems like there’s always a long wait here, and the food comes out looking as though it had been sitting around for awhile anyway. Oh well, it’s Jack In the Box… whaddya expect?
