Honestly, I was disappointed for the first time since I always check Unilocal ratings and I don’t think they’ve ever failed me. I gave it 2 stars for well 2 reasons. Firstly, the pizza was OK. It’s hard to screw up pizza so to try their plain cheese and veggie deluxe I just wasn’t impressed at all. Secondly, which is the main reason for the 2 stars, they completely screwed up my order. I told the cashier if they had buffalo tenders, she said I could get the «Chicken Tenders» which I specially asked if that’s made with Buffalo sauce. Came home and it was anything but buffalo. They also charge for pepper/​hot sauce which clearly I was annoyed so it didn’t help their cause. I’m all for small businesses and I would have given a higher rating but the pizza was just so plain and they screwed up my order so I have it go give 2 stars. I will not be going back.

First Time visit for take out… Ordered the XL Marguerite Pizza and Shrimp Cesare Salad… Not what I expected no cheese, no tomato, and something that looked like basil…$ 26.00 later added my own cheese and not happy. Won’t go back!

Great pizza! After our old favorite pizza place closed we tried several places in Shelton, not really being satisfied until Antonio’s. Very glad finally settled on a new favorite! And bonus that they deliver!

Great $ 5 dollar lunch special. I highly recommend going here for lunch. I have never had any other meal besides the chicken parm over spaghetti or the meatball grinder. Both were excellent.

We tried this restaurant numerous times. On a positive note they are friendly, quick delivery and the food really is good. The prices are awesome, however you really do get what you pay for. Their grinders are very skimpy so if you are hungry (or even if your not– order 2). Their large and small fries look like small and extra small. Pizza’s are fine and size is comparable to all other delivery places in the area. Like I said, food is awesome, just need to adjust their portions. I don’t mind paying more for a larger portion…

This place is great!!! We just moved to Shelton and decided to begin to try the pizza places around. We loved the pizza and wings here and the staff was very friendly which is a huge plus. We stopped our search and found our pizza spot (:

Really excellent food for really great prices! I’ve ordered off the lunch 6 $ specials and really enjoyed those, and also gotten several different pizzas before for delivery. My only comment is that the time they give you for when the food arrives for delivery seems to always be off. I’ve been told 20min and it’s been 35 and been told 45 and its been 25 before. But a minor detail on a great local Italian restaurant!

So far this is our favorite pizza in the area. We recently moved to the area and we didn’t know what to expect. The delivery service was very fast and the pizza was excellent. We have since ordered many times. Definitely recommended.

Antonio’s is really a superb restaurant. Their dinners, complete with delicious homemade bread and salad are delicious! We particularly love the eggplant rollatini, sausage and broccoli rabe and veal parmesan. The food is fresh, prepared like your grandma would make and the service is so friendly. Pizza is fabulous too and you can bring your own wine. A gem in Shelton!!!

Ordered a pizza and really didn’t know what to expect because we had never been there. I was evert pleasantly surprised. The sausage was ground up and perfectly spiced. The next time I want pizza this is where were going.

The pizza here is my favorite!!! The owner is very friendly and remembers who you are. The staff are the same and are always very polite even when they are really busy. It takes about 10 – 20 minutes from when you order for the pizza to be ready and it so worth it. I recommend you try it!
