My mother has her Shih-​Tzu groomed here and they usually do a pretty good job. This last trip they did was very good. They left the fur around her head and bit on her tail, so she still looked like a dog and not like a shaved rat, as she had previously when all of her hair was cut off to the skin. So either it was a different groomer or they are just improving.
Although my mother is well into her 80’s, they forgot to give her the senior citizen discount, because she failed to request it while paying. We learned all discounts must be asked for at the time of payment, or you don’t get them.
This place also sells pet foods, a few live animals, toys, and other pet products. They’re a very small store, but worth going into if you’re nearby.
