This McDonald’s has to be one of the worst places ever. I went through the the drive through and I wanted 3 hot cakes and sausage. Keep in mind that the food that I wanted is called 3 hot cakes and sausage. The lady at the drive through gave me three orders of it! It was ridiculous. How do you not recognize something that is on your menu! Apparently this isn’t the first time this has happened either. I didn’t go back inside to talk to the manager because I had somewhere to be. Anyways, if you go through the drive through, make sure they have your order right or they WILL screw it up.

Traveling through Indiana, wanted a quick stop so went to McD’s. I haven’t read the other posts yet to not introduce bias. Filthy tables, disgusting bathroom full of mouse turds. The person who waited on us didn’t know which sandwich had grilled vs fried chicken. The«supervisors» we’re discussing who was dating who while the poor teenager trying to fill orders had to move past these crass women to get the food as they stood in her way oblivious to their surroundings. Never again. I wish I could rate them no stars.

No changing table in the restroom… seriously??? Haven’t even gotten my food but already so irritated. Bathroom was kinda gross in general. Not stopping here again.

This place is an absolute nightmare. I am sorry I stopped. First, the drive thru line was so long, I decided to go in. That didn’t help at all. I waited while the staff chatted and giggled and generally acted like high school kids, which is probably what they were. It was tough to identify any supervision there, and it was very chaotic and disorganized. I gave my order and I waited… and waited… and waited. I don’t think I’ve ever waited so long at a McDonald’s in my life. Finally, I got my food and got into my car and headed back toward the highway. As I unwrapped what was supposed to a grilled chicken snack wrap, I found half a hamburger lazily shoved into a tortilla. Um, nope. That’s not what I ordered. I decided to go back to get the right order. That was a mistake. It would’ve been better and faster just to throw the whole thing out the window and stop somewhere else. I went back in and the girl looked at me like I had 3 heads when I tried to explain to her why this was wrong. I waited another 10 minutes for the corrected order to come out. I was given a half-hearted apology by what I assumed to be a supervisor who was I guess going on break or going home. She seemed eager to get out of there. I was offered no discount, no free item, nothing in the way of appreciation that I had now spent at least ½ hour of my time on this particular establishment and I had nothing to show for it but some cold fast food. Fast food. Please.
