Chain food store that is less expensive than a place like Olive Garden, and the food is more fast food, but is presented well and tastes OK for the price. Nothing fancy, but service is fairly fast, staff is friendly, and drinks are nice and cold. Decent price for decent food, hard to find Italian in town since the fancy Italian place recently closed down and moved to Greenfield, ha.

Fazolis was very good today, was very HOT and fresh and it didn’t take long to get our food at all. We sat inside and for once the inside was very clean, at least much cleaner than in the past. The breadsticks were extremely great today, my husband was finished with his ultimate damper and I wasn’t even half way finished with my baked lasagna because it was still smoking Hot! Almost too hot to be able to even taste anything. My only complaint is that I wish that they’d have those Custom/make your own drink machines stocked, they Always seem to have to most popular flavored out of stock and it’s very frustrating. They also really need to put in a minimum of 2 of these in at restaurants to keep up with the traffic flow, you shouldn’t have to stand in a roped off line to get a drink…

Wow, I saw lots of ads during the highway with this chain of restaurants. I had to get fuel and figured I give the place a try. Interesting — fast food italian? I have no idea how you would eat spaghetti in the car, so I figured I would eat in the restaurant. Staff was very friendly, place is very clean. You order your food and the staff brings the food«cooked to order» once it ready. I tried the combo with a sald. The salad was very small, consisted of iceberg lettuce, a couple of pieces of tomato and cheese. I think they stack up the salads as this one looked like was one of those might have been on the bottom. Packaged salad dressings. On the up side, the silverware is real and not plastic. I was served my large plate of spaghetti, lasagne, and ligune with alfredo sauce. The breadsticks were swimming in greasy garlic spread, the meat sauce tasted like Chef BoyArdee only more salty. The alfredo was inedible. Salty, thin and awful. I feel bad for this town if this is only ‘italian’ restaurant in town. Don’t go unless you want to listen to your arteries harding as you eat.

Interesting concept. It’s a fast-food restaurant serving Italian food. Order your food, grab your drinks, set up your table camp and a friendly staff member will bring your food out. If you’re in a hurry or don’t want to leave your vehicle to model your chic pjs, you can use the drive-through. Menu items include a variety of salads and pastas ranging from lasagna, spaghetti, penne, ravioli, Alfredo and meat or marinara sauces to a baked pizza pasta dish. The lunch special is $ 3.99 and includes 2 half portions of your choice from the lunch special menu which includes spaghetti, ravioli, lasagna(2 meat lasagna sides are $ 1.25 extra which is still a great deal), or an Alfredo pasta. It’s a generously sized meal for the money. Add a dollar for a drink. It’s a carb-lovers paradise when you dine in thanks to the all-you-can-eat breadsticks. The cherry almond salad with grilled chicken has full sized dried cherries that really rock this salad. I was expecting the vinaigrette to be the sole source of the«cherry» and was therefore very pleasantly surprised to find plenty of these tasty morsels lounging around in my salad. The crunchy apples tasted fresh and yummy. As an added touch, they provide real silverware which is hands-down far more delightful than plastic and does make any meal, even fast food, more enjoyable. Who doesn’t like the feel of a smooth, shiny knife and fork in hand, to slice and stab perfectly sized bites that ultimately glide off the tines onto your taste buds? The same person who took our order also brought our meals out. When we stood up to look for a garbage receptacle and subsequently discuss whether or not we were supposed to clear our own table, the same order-taker/server person offered to take care of it. Don’t expect«real» Italian cuisine since, remember, it is a fast food restaurant(hint: there’s a drive-through). Do expect, however, a quick, relatively healthy and very inexpensive meal. Kudos Fazolis.
