Family Video

The last video store chain in the US that I know of, lol. Low rental prices, long term rentals, and new releases is what keeps then going. Staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They’re open late every night and have a drop box. Bring the family and find something to watch!

Pretty big selection of movies and shows. Nice staff. We have had a few issues with charges appearing on our account because someone comes in and says they are a nephew etc and rents things on our account (even though we have a check ID request on our account) but the staff and management is more than willing to correct an error and friendly the entire time. They run good sales on DVDs just keep your receipt if there is an issue with the disc.

Ok, so you think you’re walking into a regular video rental place and then BAM! You’re completely amazed by the attentive service, friendly employees, fantastic video and game selection… Seriously, I have not experienced this kind of thing in years. I went in with my son because we were picking up some pizzas at Little Caesars next door. I opened an account and then got a TOUR of the place (!) and an explanation on how everything is laid out. They have a FREE KIDS VIDEO SECTION folks. I know, right? I was like, «WHAT? FREE?». Their selection is huge and they have tons of $ 1 rentals (good ones) and they have all the new releases. For opening an acct. they gave me a sheet of coupons. We rented 2 movies and used one coupon and it cost, .57 cents. Yep. Go there. Now.
P. S. Just got a brief voicemail from them thanking us for opening an acct. and following up to make sure our experience was a pleasant one. Mind. Blown.
