Sam’s Sorrento Pizza

Got delivery at Hampton Inn right up the road.
Pizza was great
Delivery service was great
Driver was respectful and courteous
Would recommend for sure!

THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!!!
Its superbowl and I have a house full of people. My husband calls in the order at 5:50pm, they said its gonna take about an hour which we understand its the busiest night for pizza delivery but at 7:30pm we called and asked what is going on and why its taking long and they confirmed that the pizza is gonna be here shortly. At 8.05pm we called Sorrento’s again but the little punk ass employee tells me we dont have ur order and hangs up the phone! I left my house full of people, in a snow storm and went straight there to see what is the problem and they were laughing at us. Another kid said he is the owner which is not true, he didnt even say im sorry or anything, left me with no food but im for sure going back to find the manager and have those little punks fired like they deserve! Sooo dissapointed!!! Never going to Sorrento’s again! Horrible service! Rude employees!

Great pizza — love that they offer gluten free alternatives for my son w/​Celiac. Subs are wonderful also. Can’t wait til they have gluten free subs on their menu. They already have gf pasta hoping they add more.

Very good pizza! Friendly staff too. If you like thick pepperoni where it cups up, ask for «traditional pepperoni».

Had Sorrento’s yesterday for the first time and all I can say is OMG!!! Pizza was delicious and had so many toppings on it, the box seemed heavy. Will definitely be back real soon.
