My wife and I recently did a couples date night and everything was great. Receptionist was very nice and went out of her way to book us even at the last minute since it was our anniversary. Facials and massage were great and thorough. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I too purchased a Groupon after much trepidation. I am a very loyal person and I have been going to London Calling salon in Roseville since I was in High School. They call me a «lifer.» And while I really love their services and staff, their prices do not currently fit into my budget. So when someone suggested I try Imago with a Groupon, I hesitated but decided to go for it at the last minute. I did not experience the long wait time as the other reviewers did. In fact, it was fairly easy to make an appointment. Maybe because I was just getting a cut and color and not spa services. My stylist was Victoria. She is sweet, young, and seemed to enjoy her job. She was a bit nervous and cautious about making small talk, but she asked questions and was generally interested in our conversation. The color was fabulous. I asked for a very rich chocolate brown and she delivered.(I just wish the color would have lasted longer.) The cut was very cute, which she took her time with. The salon sent me a card a week later thanking me for my business. My biggest complaint is the location. It’s in an industrial park. The signage is not very«spa» like or inviting. I would have never know it was there if it wasn’t for the Groupon. I can’t imagine they would get any walk – ins or drive by customers. I’m still debating about returning. I really liked Victoria and I hope she has a successful career.

Groupon had $ 125 in spa services for $ 45 a few weeks ago. I couldn’t NOT try this place out at those prices. I booked a sugar scrub and an hour of deep tissue the next week. First strike was when the prices on the website were all $ 10 lower than what I was charged at the salon. That’s just bad business. I showed up early and was promptly greeted by a friendly receptionist and taken to the spa area by my aesthetician where I was given a tour a short time later. I liked that the spa area was separated from the salon by soundproofed walls. It makes for a more tranquil experience not having to listen to hair dryers and gossip. The services themselves were just average. I paid extra to have deep tissue and, IMO, did not receive it. To be fair, I’m the type who will not be happy unless I have bruises the next day. The products they use for the sugar scrub were all natural and organic which is great for ladies like me who break out from changing laundry detergent. My biggest complaint was that the scrub and massage were supposed to be an hour and 50 minutes total but I was out of there in an hour with changing and shower time included. For the price I paid($ 45 plus $ 27 tip) I was pleased, however, would not return to pay full price.
