Update…
After a season, I have so many patches of dead grass (and I water and fertilize regularly), that I realized there simply aren’t enough sprinkler heads to hit all parts of the grass. Some areas are overwatered, while others are completely missed. I have had Mike’s team out to adjust them, there just aren’t enough heads covering the areas. There’s a good reason why other reviewers have repeatedly given him one star.
I really hate when business owners treat you like crap repeatedly, and then come on Unilocal and try to act like they were professional, polite, and took care of all the issues. It’s plain BS. Nothing changes the fact that the sprinklers were installed poorly… basement leakage, sprinkler heads pointed at the pavement, overshooting and missing the grass entirely.
