Texas Roadhouse

Food is good especially the steak & shrimp combos. However the ribs is a little dry. Pulled pork was alright.

We had a large party that we brought in with not much notice and the team at Texas Roadhouse did a wonderful job accommodating us on a busy night.
Food was good quality and service excellent. We had one issue with a guest in our party where they never got their meal though. Even with multiple attempts of ask what was happening.. And the staff never delivered.
It was extremely busy… But not getting a meal to a guest is a big reduction in my review.

Im mixed. As a person who is allergic to peanuts, I didnt expect to walk into a steak place and see peanuts all over the floor and big buckets of them on the tables. We stayed and the food was good. I just want to add that with all of the people allergic to peanuts these days you would think the owners of the place would be worried about the liability. Great atmosphere… just get rid of the peanuts, they dont help.

Enjoyed the white fish but place not the cleanest. Entry way door littered and bathroom floor dirty.

Great experience at Texas Roadhouse. James was a great server, very personable and conscientious. We nearly missed it along I-​43 /​so glad we stopped here for lunch.

First time at this restaurant and it was great. All of the staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. Since we were there the for our first time, they gave us free ribs for us to try. Everything was casual and the prices were pretty good too. Great restaurant.

Technically 3.5 stars. Love that meals come with two sides.. was given mellow yellow when asked for mountain dew… usually people say is mellow yellow ok? Really good service besides that. Very friendly waitress that kept the buns n cinnamon butter coming. Most times i ask for medium rare and get well done. Fries came out three minutes after main dish served and they weren’t done.. Very mushy. I really like going here cuz u get a lot of bang for Ur buck. Tonight was a soda kinda night but typically id get a razzlesnake margarita… those alone would get 5

I’ve been to numerous Texas Roadhouse restaurants, in my cross-​country travels, and I’ve come to really appreciate them as roadside oases filled with food, drinks, and friendly faces. They’re reasonably priced, for the huge portions and competent preparation. I dare say, their meats are prepared on-​par with many of the finer steakhouses I’ve been to (and I’ve been to many), but at a fraction of the price of many of them. Their sides are very good, as well. Nothing fancy or pretentious — just good stick-​to-​your-​ribs comfort food. They have lots of drink options, including many beers, a broad array of cocktails, and plenty of options at their well-​stocked bar. Best of all, the servers are very friendly and accommodating. When you spend most of the day fighting traffic, it’s nice to let the staff take care of you while you relax and eat. Texas Roadhouse is up on my list of consistently-​good places to stop, while traveling, and this Sheboygan location has been among my favorite.

To many employees running around. If you want a peaceful meal id go elsewhere. Good food but just to noisy.

What do you like? Phony western motif? They got IT! AVERAGE poorly presented MGO beef courtesy of Monsanto? They got IT! Terrible iceberg salads with gobs of cheap dressing? They got IT! Crowds of like minded fat mid– westerners? They got IT! Nuff said? You got IT!

What is there to say. It’s a busy chain restaurant that you can’t get a table at on a weekend night. Sit at the bar if you can. I will give it props on their delicious buns, salmon, and steak. But honestly, there are so many steak houses in the area that you could find better. Plus all the wait staff is in high school and it’s kind of annoying to hear «cotton eye Joe» play every hour. And best of luck if you have a birthday. Good margaritas.

Promptly greeted and seated within moments of walking in which was nice. Our sever, Kaylee I believe, made a great effort in making us feel welcome. Chicken Critters had great portion sizes. It was nice being checked up on frequently. Don’t fill up on the rolls and cinnamon butter though ;) Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good amount of food for entrees starting at around $ 10ish.

I wish they would be consistant with the quality of their meat. Sometimes it’s great and flavorful and other times it tastes like something I could buy at the grocery store.

Great service. Go for the meat; salad was fresh. Loaded sweet potato is a must.

From the wait staff to the little rolls with cinnamon butter to the main course. .fabulous. We had the ribs rib eye and bbq chicken sandwich at our table and I was impressed with it all. Definately making this a regular from now on

I came here with the family and we each ordered something different as well as an appetizer. All of our food was delicious and the service was fantastic! The manager on duty brought us a free sample of their ribs, which was subsequently one of our orders. Great job!

I am as southern as cornbread and collard greens so this place in the middle of Wisconsin was a TREAT! I was soooo excited :) We walked in and immediately are greeted with kindness and I really love that the waitstaff all have shirts that say I LOVE MY JOB on the back of their shirts. LOL nice touch. HAHA. I could really tell that they DID love their job because some of the waitstaff had Packer Jerseys on. It was Game Day and the Packers won last night so it was so neat to see that on game day they allowed their staff to wear packer Jerseys. Very cool!
Our waitress was amazingly sweet. She was funny, she made conversation, she was polite and she KNEW great customer service. I was extremely pleased :) The table next to us had a birthday and this 43 year old guy gets up on a saddle and she made it really cute/​funny for him and you could tell she really loved her job. (I will NEVER go their for my birthday. No offense Roadhouse but I used to waitress at a roadhouse and I embarrassed people all the time with that birthday yeehaw and I would FREAK if it ever happened to me! LOL) The whole customer service experience was just 5 star all around!
My food was really good too! I had the chicken with portabello mushrooms and cheese. And the veggies :) the VEGGIES oh my my my what is the juice? its like water, but flavored its almost got a lemony flavor to it and whatever it is, I really liked it! lemony veggies. I don’t know I liked it though! My chicken was really juicy and tender not undercooked, not overcooked, just perfect.
The manager (who I personally loved because he looks like John Rich from Big & Rich. LOL!!! love Big & Rich!) came over and asked us how we liked our meals. Now I remember when I worked at a Roadhouse and our managers did the same thing. And I thought at the time wow, that is really awesome that the MANAGER wants to know how the customers like the food. I felt like even though our opinions were «of course everything is amazing here» it was still HEARD. :) We were greeted upon exiting and we most definitely will be returning! LOVE THE MUSIC! LOVE THE ATMOSPHERE! I felt at home for that 45 minutes of dining awesomeness!

Make no mistake– this is a chain restaurant. No more Texan than Applebees. Not even established in Texas. Comfort food, tasty enough.

Really yummy for being a chain! I would recommend ordering for pick up though, since the place tends to get packed and hectic as soon as they open up. I would not want to eat in such a chaotic atmosphere, but the food is really good and inexpensive.
