I was just there briefly, so can’t really say it was bad or good. I grabbed what I was looking for and headed on my way.

Needed mouthwash and chocolate. I walked into Walgreens and heard a loud conversation between two elderly men. The slightly younger of the two was speaking directly into the older ones ear, asking if he wanted chips. It took a few tries before the older man acknowledged him. I went out and found my items and went to check out. The older man was attempting to check out and the cashier was asking if he wanted to use bonus points. The older man wasn’t replying. He handed over his debit card which required his zip code. The cashier instructed the man to input his zip code and again the man didn’t respond. I leaned over and said, «He’s partially deaf.» At this comment the man turns and gives me a horrible look and says«NO I’M NOT!» So either I’m a totally jackass or this guy needs to get his stuff together and not dilly dally around when checking out. Who knows why his friend was communicating with him by yelling in his ear earlier! I try to help and this is what I get.

It’s fine, for a Walgreens. I’m not used to the store layout, but I can find most of what I want without much trouble. I prefer the store layout at the store at Shawnee Mission Parkway and Nieman much better though, and the people there are friendlier.

Nice staff! Clean well lit store. The cashier at the makeup counter is always extra friendly.

Everyone here seems pissed. No one ever makes eye contact! I feel like theres something they aren’t telling me… Walgreen’s is a drug store. It’s where you go when you either have the shits or can’t. Their prices… meh. They’re comparable to any chain store. I think that’s the problem. I want to find a drugstore that’s not part of a chain.
