Pretty good service. Technician was almost too attentive. I get the feeling she doesn’t see many customers during her day. But she was really nice and even called my insurance company for me because I forgot my card.

Ty is super helpful. I didnt even have my ID cards for my insurance, or my script, or a release for my other optician to fax my records. He handled all of it for me, got me what I needed, and called me later to tell me I was all set and this is what I would owe, etc. He had all the different prices for me when he called, and on top of it all, he found the glasses that were exactly what I was looking for. I was in there for 1 minute and he knew what I needed and went and found the perfect pair of glasses. Hes a nice guy too. Great service, very helpful!!!
