My husband and I took our cars to Jim for new transmissions and one radiator, and were so pleased with the quality of work, not to mention the quickness of the service!! My sister also brings their 3 vehicles here and were the ones who referred us. I will never go anywhere else, in fact I’ll be back for new brakes soon!

I thought I was smart enough to change my own transmission filter and fluid. However, when I was done, it wouldn’t shift into gear. Not knowing what I’d done wrong I had it towed to Cottman. I thought for sure I was looking at a huge repair bill, but when Jim called me after looking at it, he said I had just not put the new filter in correctly. Best part, he didn’t charge me a penny for the work! I will refer all my friends and family to this location for any transmission work for his kindness and generosity!

As a woman, it’s hard to find a body shop to trust. This is not that place. They have horrible service. Your car will NOT be done on time. The owner, Jim, is a complete jerk who cusses in front of customers and treats them like idiots. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!

These guys ripped me off really bad. They quoted me at 2000 and were adamant about how thee estimates are spot on and I got a bill for 3800. I made multiple trips back and t was in their shop for over 2 months at one point after I left a poor review. My car broke down not even a month later and I gave up. Plus my got my car back without any subwoofers which was another 1000. I was in contact with Jim the whole time and I felt like I was being jerked around the whole time. Just leaving the facts.
