Pizza is okay from previous visits, however I called today, 5÷23÷15, and the girl that answered the phone was completely rude and was lacking manors. She answered the phone with an attitude to begin with. I stated that I would like delivery and she yelled back«hello, what do you want» in a unnecessary, completely unfriendly and unprofessional tone. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering pizza here anymore.

Unfortunately we came here because we thought a Thai spot was open but it was closed and we were hungry. Ordered the crazy Friday wrap and it was a hot mess. Huge chunks of carrots the ham was only on one half of the wrap when they cut it. The fries were okay. My wife got the chicken parm hero and it okay. Might have had too much cheese and there wasn’t much flavor. The décor is ehh. Nothing fancy about this place.

Amazing pizza with owners actually from Italy! Would definitely come back here if I’m in the area.

The BEST pizza I have ever tasted! Hubby & I were enjoying our honeymoon at the Shawnee Wyndham Village. We wanted a quick bite to eat that wasn’t out of the way. Napoli Pizza is just a few minutes away. We were surprised at how delicious the pizza was! The crust was thin & floppy. My husband hates thin crust because it’s usually crispy. We chose the meat lovers pizza with meatballs, italian sausage, pepperoni & bacon. The ingedients are fresh & they are very generous with the toppings. It really was worth the price. Our large with a bottled soda came out to about 22 bucks. Definitely enough to share amongst four people. Friendly & quick service. The server works the counter as well as the sit down area so patience is required. Sad we found out about this place on our last day here. I’ll probably dream of this pizza during the rest of my pregnancy ;)

Wow bad the sauce was oddly grease and thick. The cheese in manicotti tasted bad. Pizza greasy and soda by the bottles expired

My husband just told me that he thought the pizza at Napoli was just about the best pizza he has ever had. I did not have pizza, but the salad was fresh and deliecious. Our friends loved their minestrone and chicken soups and their pizzas. The atmosphere was reminiscent of pizza parlors of yesteryear, dated décor but wonderful aromas. The warmth was not only being emitted from ovens, but also from the charming owner and server. In short, we had great food and a memorable time eating at Napolis. We will be back when we vacation once again in the Shawnee Mountain area.

When looking for a quick bite of food, we decided to pick up food from the little Italian place the street from Shawnee Village, Napoli Pizza. My family called in an order of eggplant parm, garlic knots & a pizza. They told us that they were backed up so it would be about 30 minutes which was no problem! We showed up 30 minutes later to pick up the order and they hadn’t even started making our food. Instead of being apologetic, they were rude and had no compassion while making us wait ANOTHER30 minutes(1 hour in total) for our food to be ready. I wouldn’t have cared if they had just told us it would take an hour for the food rather than having us wait while they were so rude. The food was mediocre at best, which sucked even more! The next day, my cousin was craving a slice so she walked in and experienced rude service but said her cheese slice was not bad but not the best. If you’re looking for friendly service & great food, go to the Thai place next door and avoid Napoli unless you’re looking for a quick slice!
