I almost always use Enterprise when I rent a car and normally it is from this location since it’s convenient to my office. Everyone there has always been extremely friendly and have worked with me to allow me to get the car I need, when I need it, etc. Quite often I have been offered free upgrades which I have occasionally taken advantage of. I always appreciate the good service I receive when I go pick up a car and when I return it. Thanks Enterprise.

I’ve rented from this location numerous times over the years, but this recent visit makes me think twice about doing so again. When using a debit card (which I’ve often done, and never had this issue) you have to bring sooooo many forms of ID, address verification, and all that, it’s ridiculous. None of that was noted as required when I MADE the reservation. Thankfully, I had my credit card with me. They really weren’t too friendly about it, either. There was a fairly long wait for the car as well; they had to wash/​clean it.
Checking out was fairly quick, and I was able to get a ride immediately back to my car at the mechanic.

I don’t usually go out of my way to write reviews on nationally franchised businesses, but I am a very frequent customer at this office as I rent cars for work regularly. The customer service has been consistently above and beyond enough to warrant a Unilocal call out.
