Used these guys every Friday to get home. They’re a great staff very polite friendly non intrusive and considerate. Whoevers running this ship is doing a great job. I had a great experience with Freedom 2 Go!!! Great customer service and friendly driver. I had to get my grandmother to my wedding from University Hospital and due to the challenge of her being in a wheelchair private transportation was out of the question. I talked to them last minute out of desperation and they where able to accommodate me with a wheelchair accessible van and a great driver to make my big day complete! You guys are the best!

Clutch and reliable service! Professional and affordable! Airport transport made easy! We had to get to the airport after my mother in-law canceled on us. We called this company at 6:00am and had to be to the airport for an 8:45 flight. They were at our house by 6:30! The return trip was easy to book online and they even call and confirm your appointment with flight number and status updates to make sure if anything changes they will be there for you! I definitely recommend if you need to get to the airport or anywhere I’m Cuyahoga county!
