I have used Juan Sanchez Tree Service for about 6 years. It still amazes me how Juan doesn’t just hack at branches. He uses a chain saw like a surgeons scalpel. The tree always looks clean and healthy, also well balanced. The other great part is his crew. Every man is friendly and courteous. When they are done the yard is raked, leaves are blown out of the yard and swept up. Juan is fair priced and will tell you the truth about your job. The Best!

I had a couple of trees that needed some TLC due to their growing into my house and my neighbor’s yards. My normal tree guy did not respond so I opened the quote to other agencies. The trick to a good price on getting your trees trimmed is to catch a guy that has work already scheduled in your neighborhood, that way you save on their need to turn more profit by actually sending a crew in a neighborhood and turning down other jobs.
Anyway I met Juan, he is a great down to earth guy who consults the customer on what you need instead of trying to sell you something for the sake of selling you something. I was able to negotiate a rate that was about half of what the others charged because of the fact he was already working in the neighborhood.
When they came by to do the work they were on time and it was kind of funny because he forgot his pole saw for my palm trees, normally other companies would have left that for a second trip when they came back with the equipment, Juan climbed the trees and trimmed the tree with a hand saw. That showed me a lot about integrity. Also if you need stumps ground down he does have his own stump grinder as well.
Juan is now my new tree guy, if I need to wait for a good rate from him that is okay because of his work ethic.
