I received a beautiful bouquet while in the hospital but the flowers didn’t last more than two days. I called them to tell them what happened and not only did I have a new bouquet in a few hours, but they sent a box of chocolate too! Not sure what happened with the first bouquet, but I was really impressed by their customer service!
