Hardee’s

If I could give this location a negative I would. We came to this Hardee’s on our way home from vacation for something fast, so that we could be on our way. We pulled into this Hardee’s that hardly had any customers thinking great, in and out. We went through the drive through ordering two combos. Not five, not ten, but THIRTY minutes we waited. We sat at the actual window for nearly 5 waiting to be acknowledged, and then we were asked to pull up. So we waited, and waited and waited while sipping on our near flat sodas we were given.
Finally my boyfriend went inside for another good 5 minutes. When he came out with the food, there was chili all over the inside of the bag from the chili dog we ordered. At that point I was ready to take it all back and get a refund, but we were running too behind at this point and didn’t have time to wait again somewhere else. My chili God was completely cold. The chili was cold and the hotdog itself. For waiting that long I expected fresh, hot fries, but they were just warm. This was unexceptable service and I wish I had gotten my money back.
