Great shop, good size store with an excellent selection. The staff is helpful with making suggestions. The guys I buy for generally smoke the same thing, and they made suggestions on what they may like based on their regular cigars. Helpful and not pretentious!
I like to stop in for gifts, especially the holidays and Father’s Day.
It’s in an easy little plaza, plenty of parking. While you’re there stop into the pizza place next door (Slice) — one of my favorites in town!

Absolutely wonderful customer service! I know nothing about cigars or tobacco and wanted to get a present for my boyfriend. The employees at Greentree were extremely helpful and patient. They walked me through different brands and explained their different flavors, helping me choose the right one.

To be honest, the cigar selection and inventory on the day I was there was terrible. I’d say that 70% of the boxes were empty. The assistant was over my shoulder the entire time. I know cigars, understand cigars, and felt uneasy with someone looking over my shoulder.
If you want vapor, cigarettes, kitty cats for sale (yes in a cage by the retail area), pipes, and paraphernalia, this is your place. Cigars? What happened.

I went in because the site said they had e-​cig liquid. They did, but about two varieties, and I mean two bottles. I was a bit taken a back by that. The people there seemed very nice, seems like it’s run by an older couple who seem sweet. The cigar selection seemed quite nice so I’ll check that out for my husband and update this review.

I love this place. They are always nice and helpful, which is great for someone like me who likes cigars but doesn’t know anything about them. Great selection, and lots of fun trinkets to be found. It’s also fun to smoke inside!

Great place. Vary clean, nice people

Greentree Tobacco is grossly overpriced with their cigarette rolling products. Unfortunately, I have had to visit them three times. Sometimes you get someone nice working there, but mostly the people working are cold and unfriendly… the best attitude found in the place is from the cat (s)!
I my first rolling machine from them only to find out that I was totally ripped off. I was overcharged $ 30… a quick search on Google clued me in (mind you, my brother came over with his machine and I was excited to start rolling immediately, so I did not do my research prior to buying).
I have decided to stop going there, even when I am waiting on a shipment and have run out of tubes or tobacco, not just for price and lack of warmth from the employees, but now they won’t accept debit/​Visa without a $ 10 purchase. No prior warning, either. One week you can make a small purchase, the next they are trying to push you to buy tobacco so you can use your debit card.
Just stay away from this place and order online… even with a $ 10 shipping charge, you’re still going to pay a lot less than going to this place… (the price of a box of tubes online, plus shipping, is still 38 cents cheaper than buying a box of tubes from Greentree)

When I was smoking with cigarettes, Greentree Tobacco was the place to be. They have an amazing selection of cigars and pipe tobacco. Greentree also has everything else that a tobacco aficionado would need (pipes, papers, etc).
The staff here is friendly. No hard selling, just making sure that you get what you want and for a price that fits in any wallet.
Laid back atmosphere with a few friendly adopted cats hanging around.

Greentree has to be my favorite cigar shop out of all that I visit… It’s the first cigar shop that I ever bought from, and they have the largest stock of cigars, tobacco, and pipes that I’ve seen in Jersey or Philly… They have an area in the back where you can smoke if you’d like. But the lounge with the tv’s, kitchen, pool tables, and card tables are for members… Unfortunately, I wouldn’t have the time to sit back there if I did want to pay for the membership… The owners are great and accomodating… They’re open seven days a week also…
