Actually this location has moved to the Parkway near Governors Crossing. DO NOT SHOP THIS LOCATION. It is a tourist trap. This corporate location «Bends» the rules to accomplish is personal sales goals. I purchased 3 items from them totaling $ 256 over this weekend. Asked about my company corporate discount on accessories and was told it was applied. After evaluating the receipt when I returned to my hotel I discovered they had charged me retail price. I returned to the store to have the bill adjusted. Was told by staff that I was not allowed the discount because I purchased «Premium» items… I called my local rep at home and the corporate CS number and was told that was incorrect and to return to the store again for my credit (over $ 35) I called the location. Again got the run around asked for a manager who never came to the phone. I then called corporate again. Who told me this location has hand numerous customer complainants and she was going to document this one. She reiterated that Yes my discount applied to any accessory found in a «Corporate» store — if it were a franchised location they could exclude items… this happens to be a corporate location. Buyer beware! Verizon did honor my discount via the CS number for my trouble and credited my next bill.

Worst experience I have had at a Verizon Store this is the prime reason retail stores are failing and more purchases move to online. Get in the store and wait 30mins with no acknowledgement from Alexa who was supposed to «check us in». Only to find out that was never done. The blank stare on her face when I said this told me they really don’t care about customer service. Skip this store and stay home and buy them online.
