Excellent, excellent wings! I got the Medium and they were just hot enough. Sis got the Kentucky Bourbon glazed and they were very tasty, nice sweetness. Onion rings were fantastic, nice and crispy. Mike did a great keeping us supplied in drinks and napkins, and steered us to the Game Day Special, which was perfect for lunch. We will be back.

We ate here on New Year’s Eve. Food was OK. We both ate wings. When we arrived there were several open tables. We were told there would be about a 20 minute wait because they were short staffed. Our server was clueless. He spent more time talking with coworkers than waiting on tables. It took him between 15 – 20 minutes before taking our order. The table beside us had trouble so a manager came out to apologize and gave them some type of card for a free appetizer next trip. I asked our server for plenty of napkins since we were eating wings. He brought us 3 cocktail napkins (seriously). My wife asked if he would bring napkins for big people and he brought us 2. I ran out of drink and had to flag him down several minutes later. I finally just asked for our check. I laid cash and tip on the end of the table and he walked by twice without picking it up. We finally just left and told another server our money was on the table. This was the most poorly managed restaurant I’ve been to.
I’ve eaten at the one in Bristol, VA and loved it so we will give this place another try eventually hoping they hire different management soon.
The environment was very unique and we enjoyed it since they have cars inside the restaurant. We are hoping they hire different managers and add more staff. If they do this could be a neat restaurant.

We enjoyed our meal here. Several people in our party said it was their best meal of our trip. I was a little less than impressed with my boneless wings, but everyone else seemed to love theirs. We had wings, burgers, kid’s pizza and chicken tenders in our order. I heard great things about the baked beans. Everything was fresh, fun atmosphere, and good service.

The Kentucky bourbon burger is exceptional. The onions were sautéed very nicely. The sauce the burger was drenched in was so good I almost licked the plate… The fries could be improved with some seasoning but were good none the less.

We are here for the first time last night and enjoyed it. Very reasonable drink prices, food was good, server was awesome. We will definitely be back on our next trip.

So very disappointed with our experience here today :(we always have a pretty awesome time at Quaker steak. However today Monday a (slow day) the serving staff fought about who would take our table in front of us arguing about serving us so we decided to leave and the manager talked us into staying saying that he’d pay for our meal so we stayed with that being said our food was not very good everything except the French fries were overcooked then he decides after we get our food he’s gonna make us pay for it? What? Are you serious? Fool me once shame on me! You won’t be getting our service again!

Outstanding. Server Marq was awesome. The atomic sauce is no joke. The Twizzlers at the end made me a fan for life

Love love love QS&L! However sometimes you walk outta there with a large bill because it can get pricey but here’s what I do. I go on a weekday for dinner when appetizers are all 50% off and order wings from the appetizers menu. They don’t care if you get multiple orders which dramatically reduces the bill by half.
And they have hands down the best Margarita I’ve ever had, unsure if it’s the same in every QS&L but it is in Sevierville’s.

Loved the wings!!! Our waiter Josh was very polite and curtious to our needs. Will be back!

Located on the strip, across from the Walmart. There used to be a pizza/​arcade place in this location. The décor is similar to an extremely clean auto mechanic garage. From the ceiling, they have various cars and motorcycles hanging. They have 2 bars, one inside and a 2^nd one located in covered outside location near the parking lot. TVs near the bars. The service was excellent. The food was ok. I have had better burgers elsewhere, but some of their sides are worth a stop.

PROS: Our waiter Andrew was efficient and friendly. Each staff person we encountered was friendly. As for the food the breaded chicken tenders, the grilled chicken tenders, the baked beans, the Kentucky Bourbon Glaze and the Smokey Gold BBQ sauces were all really good. I really appreciated the bone in chicken wings being cooked well (no pink or bloody areas). Lastly, the food arrived in a short period of time.
CONS: Despite the timely service, my ribs and chicken were barely room temperature. I prefer hot food. The ribs were over cooked making the minimal meat that was on the ½ slab very dry. Their redeeming quality was that the sauce I chose was really good. The kids meal was a joke. The burger patty was thin and crispy (!?!). The patty was crispy enough to break as a potato chip would on a bun. We added lettuce, tomato and pickle to the burger which made the bun soggy but the patty was still crispy, cold and dry. The wild berry lemonade was really just lots of lemon in water. We neither saw nor tasted a berry in the drink. It tasted like just lemons. It was bitter and sour, no sweetness. They must have forgotten to add the sugar.
I was hoping to really enjoy my dinner here but it was a hit or miss experience.

Bar food. Okay flavor. Nothing special. They did not have a large selection of draft beers for the lube… just okay.

I sat at the bar and ordered some food to go. It took 30 minutes to get a to go order. They were a little busy but not packed. 1 beer, wings, and a piece of cake cost me $ 30. I paid a little extra and got the super size single order of wings. 10 wings is apparently a larger portion to this place but a regular order every place else. I didn’t get the extra blue cheese I ordered. The wings were decent tasting but nothing above the wings I have had at other places. The cake was very sad looking but the taste was pretty good. There is a buffalo wild wings right next door that seems easier to get in and out of. I think I go there next time instead.

This was not my favorite, but I may give them one more try. I am local to this restaurant unlike most visitors who are tourists visiting our area. It is a new location, open just about a month before I ate there yesterday. I was hoping they had all their bugs worked out as I know it takes restaurants a bit of time to do, but our experience left something to be desired.
I went to Quaker Steak with my son. We ate-​in and also ordered a to-​go order to bring home to my wife and daughter. We were seated immediately but waited 10 minutes to see a waitress. She took our drink orders, but told us someone else would be taking our table. Waited again on the new waiter who had to be reminded to pick up our drinks from the bar. I’d been looking at my beer on the counter across the room for 10 minutes. I ordered the BBQ sliders with a side of coleslaw, my son ordered the chicken wings kid meal traditional style. At the same time, I also ordered our to-​go order requesting that the order be placed with the kitchen when our food came out for the dine-​in.
The food was slow to come out. The chicken wings were excellent and it was nice that even on a kids meal my son could pick the style of wing and his sauce of choice. He considers himself a bit of a foodie and likes to try new things. My sliders were not as delectable. They were soggy on the bun and the portions were undersized. The three sliders together where smaller then a single BBQ sandwich and the side of coleslaw was in a small ketchup or dressing sized cup and was not more then 3 bites worth of slaw. Beer selection on tap was fair. Some of the brands were not my favorites but there was plenty to choose from.
For our to-​go order, I ordered wings, a side of celery and carrots, and a basket of fries to go. We had to remind the waiter to put the order in when we were finishing up our food instead of the order being ready. We were not in a big hurry, but of course found ourselves waiting again. When the order did come it was incorrect. I was all the way home before I noticed that what I assumed was a Styrofoam container housing my basket of fries was actually a pathetic side order of carrots and celery rolling around in a container 20x to big for the serving. We were provided 4 pieces of celery and 3 tiny baby carrots. The cold order of celery and carrots with ranch was also placed, ranch dressing and all, right on top of the steaming hot wings. We did not eat the dressing. We missed eating the fries we paid for and did not receive.
I will say the wings were good. it is nice to have another place to enjoy a brew and catch a game in town so we will give it one more try. However, I will not be ordering the sliders. I will be double checking my order before leaving, and we will probably wait another month so they have time to iron out their issues. I hope they can.

Very friendly staff and good food. We were seated right in the walk through area where the server stand for tickets was located and I asked to move to the next table over where we would not be bothered with traffic or the wait staff. Our server for that table said this is the worse seat in the house if you stay here I will take 10% off your bill! So we stayed, our server was awesome! I got wings and they were great, everyone enjoyed their meal.

Went there during lunch and despite being busy we were immediately seated however from that point on it was almost 10 minutes for a waitress to talk to us then from the time that we ordered till the time that we got our food was 40 minutes and of course after such a long wait one of our parties order was wrong. the building is very nice all of the staff was nice and they do have a game room it is overpriced but very nice I would wait a bit longer before going for them to work out the opening kinks as we were leaving they were breaking out the mop buckets as they had some kind of water overflow behind the bar. The average entrée price seem to be around $ 12 and their specialty is wings

Went here the other day for an opening event, very nice atmosphere, with alot of cool pictures and real old model cars on lifts, great for kids and adults, has plenty of tvs for your favorite sport, has alot of options on the menu and great food taste, will be back again.
