The food is good and the service is friendly. However, in the last few months I have noticed a slacking in cleanliness. There is always food on the floor at the tables, and the table tops are often dirty. Same with the bathrooms which are not clean at all. This is a high volume place, but they need to pay attention to hygiene. It is not appetizing or pleasant to have to wipe the table yourself before sitting down to eat.

I only continue to return to this location because it’s the only one that’s local to me. But today they really dropped the ball. I always try to order online to make sure it’s ready when I get there to avoid the line. Once again, even though I ordered ahead for a pick up time of 2:30, I didn’t leave until 2:49. Not a huge deal. But I got there right at 2:30.(The other day I got there 15 minutes past my pickup time and the girl at checkout told me «sorry, you’re early. It’s not ready yet.) So I sat there and watched the people scramble to make my order. Unfortunately, with this location you have to be specific to order«extra» of everything to get the almost normal amount because they skimp on absolutely everything. Even though I did order extra I was so fortunate enough to watch the guy literally take the right amount of each ingredient I requested and dump half of it back into the trays. I digress. I get home. Open my burrito bowl tray and begin to fume. My bowl is basically empty. I did order extra. I drove 17 minutes, had to wait because the staff was ill prepared, and my bowl is not only low in the food but the rice isn’t even seasoned! I could’ve made this shit at home. The reason I go to Chipotle is not only due to laziness but because I like the rice and salty chips. The rice in my bowl was not even seasoned. It was plain white rice. I didn’t order Chinese food. I wanted Chipotle! Wtf! Speaking of the chips, they don’t salt them here. At least not anymore. I’m so irritated with this specific location I want to strangle myself every time I want it. On a plus side. The checkout people are usually the nicest ones.(Aside from that liar from the other day) I wish they’d just open one near me. I wish that this location would get their shit in gear. But I doubt it’ll ever happen. Also, thee food is always cold. Like, I immediately need to microwave this ish, cold.

THECARNITASWASPINK!!! Slow AF. When I finally got to order, they used a torn tortilla, put a tiny bit of rice, beans, and carnitas in… ANDTHECARNITASWASPINK!!! I just walked out without saying a word and got a great burger at the 5 Guys next door.

Worst chipotle in the area. Line out the door and all the workers to consumed in Togo orders. Started my order then took Togo and my food was cold when checking out. Absolutely awful. I will drive to arundel mills before this again.

Well I come to this location because it’s close to my job. Other than that I take the drive to Annapolis. Got a bowl every bite of chicken tasted burnt, the food had no taste and the rice was mushy. This is the worst Chipotle. Either the food is undercooked or overcooked. Annapolis Chipotle from now on. It’s worth the drive. #thumbsdown

It had been some time since I’ve been at any Chipotle. The line was about as long as it usually is and I was okay with standing in it because that meant fresh food. Actually watched the gentleman make the cilantro lime rice that I couldn’t wait to taste it. Upon ordering the lady was extremely rushing and wasn’t really paying attention to what I was saying to her. I had to reiterate to make sure that she got my order right. After getting through the line and starting to eat my food I noticed that I couldn’t taste any of the lime in the rice. That was okay because as I continued to eat, my green salsa made up for the absence. I found two burnt.. . Actually I have no idea what they were, pieces in my food. I kept waiting to taste some kind of seasoning on the chicken, like that wonderful smoky chipotle flavor it was supposed to have but I couldn’t find it. I wasn’t too disappointed since I did get this meal for free because of their promotion when they were closed the other day so that doesn’t make me completely disappointed. However, if I had actually paid for everything I would not have been happy.

I was here Friday, and I can say this was the worst experience at a Chipotle I have ever experienced. The wait was terrible because instead of working they were having full blown conversations with each other. Let’s not forget I paid $ 20 for two bowls, why you ask? Well that’s because this is the only chipotle I’ve been too that gives you half a scoop of chicken and calls it a day. Oh I’m sorry I didn’t know I was just ordering a rice platter with a side of meat. After I asked for more meat he went on to say«it’ll cost you extra» so this is the first time I’ve had to pay extra at any chipotle. Not to mention I paid for extra meat that wasn’t extra, it’s usually the amount I get at any other chipotle. Don’t waste your money or time, I will be making an extra 20min drive to another location next time. Pathetic excuse for a Chipotle!

I love Chipotle and go there all the time, many different locations. I have been to this one 4 or 5 times. I have never had any problems here, the food has been consistently good, the employees friendly. I like this location because the lines aren’t that long compared to most of the other Chipotles I’ve been to and there is usually no problem finding a table to sit at.

found a bug in my food today and the manager was nasty about it. she didn’t apologize when I came to get a refund with the bug in a plastic bag to prove it… she told me that she doesn’t understand how it would be POSSIBLE for me to find a bug in my salad. helloooooo lady lettuce comes from the ground??? service sucks and occasionally takes me 45 minutes plus to get food and leave.

I don’t know why I always feel the need to start off a review with a disclaimer. So here goes… You know I looooovvvvveeee Chipotle right? I mean I love the options I get, I love the fact that I can use the online ordering service so indoor have to wait in line to get my food. I mean why else use it right? Ordered my food at 815 online for a 9pm pickup, we arrived at 852 only to walk in and there not be a line at all. Normally the line is running out the door on a Saturday night, walked to the register to pick up my food I’m so hungry and excited by now, only to get there and it’s not ready. WWHHHYYYYY!!! I don’t understand. So they begin to make my food which included a burrito bowl, a burrito, a kids meal and a salad and two sides of chips. Which I already peeped they were out of(chips). Like it’s 9pm why are you out of chips. By now it’s 9 and I should be walking out the door to enjoy my delicious«hot» food but instead I have the cashier telling me that they have no salad lettuce only shredded lettuce and was that okay? Like do I have a choice??? Were they gonna go to the back and open a new bag just for me? They should right… Wrong. So I said sure I want a salad so I need lettuce right. Moving on… Everything’s getting ready to be packed up only for the cashier to discover that there are no chips!!! This should have been peeped like 30 mins prior when 3 lonely bags sayt on the shelf asking where the rest of their homies went. But no theirs cries went unheard. Again I was asked the dumbest question… There’s no chips, it will be about 5 minutes do you want to wait??? At this point What I wanted to do was reach over the counter and smack him… But I couldn’t so I politely said yes I will wait. 11 minutes later a have hot chips, my food is probably cold and there’s no forks. Oh well time to find another location.

It’s chipotle. They are all the same. But I really appreciated that you gave me a little thing of rice and beans for my kid and didnt charge for them. That kind of service guarantees repeat business. And he lovee it and the guac.
