We stayed in cabin #7 for five nights before July 4th. We had a great time! The cabin was clean, the staff were very nice and helpful. It’s rustic, but that’s what we were wanting. GREAT views of Sequim Bay! It was so lovely waking up to the boats in the bay every day. When the tide goes out mid day we could go digging for clams and our children, ages 10 and 11, had a blast! The water is shallow enough to swim fairly far out but I would recommend water shoes because the beach is full of clam shells! We bbq’d steaks and made most of our meals, and had just about everything we needed, apart from tinfoil. They call it a resort because there is horseshoes and badminton and some other games available to guests, and some other amenities. Everyone in the adjacent RV park were quiet. All the staff were super friendly. There is also a marina across the street where you can fish, go crabbing, or rent kayaks. Just a note about Sequim, it’s a retirement community and not a lot going on. There’s not a lot of choices for restaurants and things close early. But it was relaxing and peaceful and beautiful.
