Customer service here is very lacking. I’ve been here twice, the last time I was waiting in line behind one other person. There were three(maybe four) front of house people working, one was helping(I’m using that word generously because they seemd to just be chit-chatting) another customer, one was stocking and one was checking. After waiting for about 3 minutes the person stocking went to answer the phone which is located at the front desk then said«next in line». I gave her my book and she was starting to ring it up but got another phone call. She was on the phone for maybe a minute then forgot where she was in the transaction so started over. The phone rings again-she answers and I’m again waiting. The other cashier then said«next in line.» Anyway, I was irritated, I always thought with customer service you are supposed to help the people in front of you before the ones calling in. Anyway, I was irritated when I left. Sort of felt like the unwanted step-daughter or something.
