DJ’s Pools and Spas

I imagine this small business is very good when you are buying a new pool or spa from them — can’t know for sure and will never find out. My experience with them has been very painful. The young lady answering the phones receives no help from the owners and is happy to state that (today when I called to inquire about the repair of my hot tub — after 4 visits and more than $ 500 paid — they still have no idea if it’s fixed despite assuring me they would replace a part and check back to make sure it was and if not call me (which they didn’t — of course), the young lady stated «listen Lady, they don’t tell me nothing.» On this I can attest.
The owners do not hold themselves accountable. They do not living up to their commitments and get angry and rude when being called on it. They sometimes haven’t even showed for repair calls (and then I’ve gotten yelled at when I called to inquire as to their whereabouts) and just now the owner called me and said «we don’t want your business» and then hung up. This is in response to my frustration that despite being paid on time (and to my commitment as a customer) they didn’t do — again — what they promised they would. They wanted my business when I paid them over $ 500 but when I call to find out why the unit still isn’t repaired and why they haven’t done anything to live up to their commitments, they don’t want my business and fire me.
Hate giving bad reviews to any small business but frankly when the ownership is this rude and doesn’t give the slightest care about the quality of their delivery, they get what they deserve.
