What better way to begin than by walking in on Christmas Eve eve to find there are warm cookies and hot cocoa –with marshmallows and whipped cream, waiting.
Our front desk receptionist was incredibly helpful and expedient upon check in but also suggested a great local place to grab a bite… and a pint.
The room was clean, the bathroom as well. The beds are firm and the road noise is minimal (considering the room is less than 50yards from the roadway).
Breakfast buffet was decent –I may never be a fan of the pre-​made omelette, and other guests were courteous and did not leave a mess behind.

The Hampton Inn, was a superb hotel, so clean, comfortable & welcoming, everything about it beckoned us to slow down, relax & just enjoy ! The staff all were very friendly & attentive to making us feel right at home ! I highly recommend it for your next stay

I always really enjoy staying here when I come by the area. Everything is always nice and clean and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. I’ll definitely be staying here more often, as my go to spot, when I’m coming around to Wells College :)

My husband and I just stayed here with our three young boys. The customer service was wonderful, the rooms and hotel were very clean and our boys enjoyed the warm pool. My husband had to take continuing education classes at NYCC on the day of checkout and they gave us a late and very accommodating check out. We will definitely stay here again if we need to return to NYCC. Also, the price was awesome!

Stayed here about a year ago. Went to visit my son who attends New York Chiropractic college in Seneca Falls.
Fairly new Hampton Inn hotel. Clean comfortable rooms. They offer free breakfast which had a variety of things to eat.
The nearby town is quaint and sleepy. Small town feel which I really enjoyed. Everyone was friendly.
I will definitely stay here again.

Location is not so great. If You want to stay on the lake this is not the location for you.
But! This hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are sparkling, the breakfast offered is great.
This hotel is made for a night or two stay not for an entire vacation.
The advantage is that this hotel is directly in the middle of two major places (auburn and geneva) and is 15 minutes away from
Both which is covenant
I wouldn’t stay here again on vacation but for a night or two… absolutely

Great customer service. Very clean and comfortable. Great complementary breakfast. Rates are great and reasonable. I will be more then happy to use this chain again.
