I couldn’t believe the lies I dealt with from their assistant manager, John, when I trying to lease a CX-5. He literally lied and then played dumb in front of my entire family in order to try to complete the deal… Not cool, Selma Mazda… Not cool…

On behalf of the service department, I had a pleasant experience. Upon arrival I was greeted by Larry and was given great service. I waited for my car to be serviced in their costumer lounge where they had super comfy chairs, tv, and wifi. When my car was finished, they honored my Unilocal coupon, and I was on my way. I will definitely be coming back for my next service.

Not too bad of a place, bought my first car there… HOWEVER, if you have the opportunity to go elsewhere and buy a car. TAKEIT. Yes, they helped me out with having low payments, but once I left happy with my car I realized I’m getting NO credit for the $ 260 payments I’m making every month, but my co-signer is getting all the credit, and now I’m a few thousand dollars in and absolutely no «good credit» to show for it. Not only that, BUT the man who sold me my car began texting me, inviting me out places with him after KNOWING I’m engaged AND asking him plenty of times to please stop. So with that said aside from them working with me being a first time car buyer and having absolutely no credit in my name I’d say they are an OK place to go to.

Unbelievably awful service experience here at Selma Mazda. The staff doesn’t communicate well, and gave poor advice which ended up costing me quite a bit of money in the long run(obviously money spent at another repair facility – I won’t set foot back in Selma Mazda). I filed a grievance with the Bureau of Automotive Repair, who acknowledged that my claim against Selma Mazda seemed legitimate and attempted to mediate the dispute. Selma Mazda wouldn’t even discuss the matter with them. Since the Selma Auto Mall dealerships are all owned by the same entity, I will be driving past Selma to go to Fresno for my future service needs – no matter what vehicle I’m driving. Their poor service and communication have cost them a customer for life.
