First time trying Whataburger. Super slow service, 25 minutes for 2 burgers(double meat & triple meat burger). Seemed like a popular location though, lots of people. Order brought to our table with very friendly staff offering condiments & napkins and such. Looked at burger expecting something like Burger King, but realized it had no cheese. I cried and left sad and but very full.

Went this morning to grab a quick breakfast for my family and had to wait 15 mins. There was only one car in front of me! The lady got my order total wrong twice. It went from around $ 5 to $ 10! Also, she forgot part of my order. I guess it’s my fault for having faith in the fast food industry. Overall just so disappointing and it takes way too long. Next time I’ll just go to the McDonald’s.

Drive thru on Sat 10⁄31 @ 830 behind 3 cars took nearly 25 minutes which is totally unacceptable. I could tell there were no orders of more than two bags and they should have asked a driver to pull ahead if some food was taking longer to cook so others could be served.

Being a frequent Whataburger customer for many years have to say that this location needs a little improvement on turn around time and serving food while it’s hot. This review isn’t based on just one or two visits but rather several visits over past few months. Management could do a little better in overseeing these areas and hopefully this comment can be taken as constructive criticism.

Food was FRESH which I was amazed! Extremely busy! No parking or seats available… The flies were horrible and that is the reason for the 3 stars. That is a total turn off for me! Disgusting! That and spraying the table next to me while I am eating … Spray got on my fries! Gross!!!

Product– product was terrible we ordered 4 Tacitus a coke and a shake. Tacitus were poorly made and of all the whataburger shakes this one was weird I never can drink a whataburger shake at first because it’s so thick. This wasn’t the case here. 2⁄5 Service– we were only people in drive-thru and it took 15 mins. Terrible. 2⁄5 Image– the restaurant was well kept on the exterior and employee uniforms looked clean. 5⁄5

WORST Whataburger in All of Texas!!!(Seguin location @ Hwy 123) DONOTGOHERE Unless you Want a CRAPPYBURGER. Normally I LOVELOVE Whataburger! BUT today I went to get a Whataburger original, toasted buns, loaded with toppings, adding cheese & jalapenos from the Seguin location(Hwy 123). AND it was the WORST Burger I’ve ever recieved from the Whataburger chain… HUGEDISAPPOINTMENT! To start, the buns were over-toasted practically BURNT, it had a meager less than a few fingers full of lettuce, ½ slice of tomato(C’mon really guys! Who the hell does That!!! ½ a slice!!! RIDICULOUS) and the jalapenos I added were soooo few I could count them… yes, there were 4 jalapeño slices! Talk about CHEAP!!! This has NEVER happened at any other Whataburger Anywhere in Texas or Alabama. So if you’re wanting Real Whataburger, do yourself a favor and… AVOID the WHATABURGER in SEGUIN, TEXAS!!! WORST One EVER!!! (no, i didnt return it or go back to complain, I was more than halfway home before i realized how Crappy my Burger was… it’s never-ever happened before, but now i’ll be sure to look before leaving the restaurant)

Never have had a bad burger at any Whataburger! We eat here at least once a month and yes, they do take a little while longer than other restaurants, but OH so worth the wait!!! This location is always busy too! Alot of traffic from SH-123.

Your burger the way you want it, they use high quality beef here as well. Well above the quality of other big named fast food restaurants, and the prices are comparable. The have excellent breakfast items here too, their biscuits and gravy are very good, the fries are fine too but the real champ is the quality of the buns and burgers. They had an A-1 Steaksauce burger a while back that would knock your socks straight off, it tasted so bad for you but it was heavenly. The only drawback to going to any Whataburger is the wait for your food, it’s always quite a long time, but you have to remember they’re making your food to order and that will guarantee you’re getting the freshest most piping hot meal you can get in the fast food biz. It’s worth the wait and for the price you’ll be hard pressed to find a better fast food burger. Top notch all the way with good customer service for good measure.

I just stopped in for the first time on a visit to south-central Texas. I was served the best fast food burger I ever had. For DC area Unilocalers, this It is definitely in Five Guys’ league, and I liked the burger better. The price was comparable to a non-dollar menu McDonalds combo. It may not be worth a flight to San Antonio, but if you are coming anyway, find this place in Seguin, just off Interstate 10. Order your burger«all the way» This is close to 5 stars for its genre, but the fries were only somewhat above average and there is no ambience. So 4 stars.
