Love this place. I stop by regularly for breakfast or lunch. Good selection on the menu with good prices. They have specials and give free chips and salsa. Great staff!

The tortillas are so delicious and fresh. The price of the food cannot be beat. The taco plate with a soft and hard chicken taco were delicious. They had a lot of meat and good flavor. The guacamole was good but needed salsa to spice it up. The cheese enchilada sauce was delicious.

Pretty good breakfast, not as spicy as I would have expected, but good. I had the machacado eggs. If your in the area, it is worth stopping, very reasonable price.

We stumbled across this restaurant on our way back to Houston from San Antonio. We consider ourselves TexMex experts and The Palms would fit into the Great category. I had the super taco with barbacoa, potatoes, pico and guacamole and will dream about this dish for awhile. Hubby had migas and enjoyed them. The price point was low as compared to other Mexican food places.

Good carne guisada, made with lean tender beef in a tasty sauce(actually could use some onions and peppers, but still good); enchiladas(we tried cheese and chicken varieties); and chicken flautas. Very good table salsa and corn tortillas.

Came for breakfast with my family. Eggs were cooked correctly, bacon was crisp, coffee was regularly refilled. Prices are low. Staff is attentive. Bathrooms are clean.

We stayed in Seguin overnight on our way back to Dallas and stopped at The Palms for dinner. The fresh salsa was amazing, made fresh daily. The waitstaff was very accommodating and friendly. Dinner was so delicious, we decided to come back the next morning for breakfast. If you enjoy mexican food and fresh salsa, this place will not disappoint.

Good quick breakfast. Coffee was a good start. I ordered the pancake breakfast with egg whites and potatoes. The food came out fast and it was good. Real griddle like pancakes were very tasty.

My husband and I came here for breakfast. The service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant was clean. I had the super taco with eggs, cheese, sausage and potatoes. It was super yummy, and I had enough left over for later.

The food was horrible!!! I ordered an omelet which I asked for no jalapeño due to not being able to tolerate the spiciness, it came with cheese and onions which I thought would be great… NOOOO, the onions were sooo spicy, I couldn’t even touch it, the potatoes were soggy and bland, and the bacon was not crispy! I would rather eat at McDonald’s than this place! Plus it was sooo hot in the restaurant! The only good thing was the waitress was super nice and friendly!!!

Delicious!!! Great food. Great service. We had pancakes, migas, spicy green chili chicken enchiladas, and the carne guisada. All soooooo good. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area.

I learned a new word today! Desebrada. Meaning shredded beef. Mmmmmm. We decided to try this place for something different and we’re not disappointed. Upon walking in, we were greeted in a friendly and welcoming way. The restaurant was clean and nice(even the restrooms which is big in my book) the chips were fresh and delicious and the salsa very tasty. My husband and son had the enchiladas which had a very good sauce and I had the desebrada flautas. So delicious! The guacamole was fresh and the rice and beans a nice accompaniment. The service was wonderful and we will definitely be back again! We like mexican places with lots of flavor and this place has it.

Not quite sure how this establishment has received 5 stars… would not recommend to anyone… no flavor in any of the food… overpriced for the amount of food and the service was nothing to rave about… very disappointed

I found this place by accident one day during lunch time. I liked it so much I had to take my wife and kids on a Saturday morning for breakfast. My wife loved it also. Delicious food and clean atmosphere.
