Excellent! Stopped in for lunch and ordered the Carne asada, it came with a cooked jalapeño, guacamole, beans, rice, and some fresh lettuce and chopped tomatoes. Everything on the plate was very fresh and the steak was perfectly cooked and delicious.

Not sure what all the hype is about. I had heard good things from coworkers, and the reviews are great.
The price is certainly right, and so are the portions, but even by Tex-​Mex Americanized Mexican standards, this was pretty bland. It is just your average, cheese on top of everything, greasy spoon Mexican place.
I only had the tacos, but that is typically how I judge a Mexican place, by their crunchy tacos (my all time favorite, go to dish). They just did not satisfy like a crunchy taco should. It wasn’t bad, but it was nothing special. Not enough to make me want to try anything else on the menu.
Plus my stomach was pretty grumbly afterwards.
I’d eat here again if the group I was eating with wanted to go there, or I was brought there, but I wouldn’t actively go here on my own. There are better lunch deals in S-​W for $ 8-​$ 10, including Mexican.

Love this place! Always greeted with a friendly smile and seated immediately, our waitor is very accommodating and we never feel forgotten or rushed. The food is delicious and my go to choice is the trio fajitas or macho buritto with Carne asada. I always have leftovers! I always leave happy and full.

Great Mexican restaurant in an unusual place. We were just heading back to Seattle from Mt. Baker and happened to stumble upon this place. Surprised to not fund parking in the same complex, we parked in the next and walked to it. Opened the door and was transported straight to Mexico. The décor is a blast of all colors you can think of. The menu is apt and the pricing as well. Coming to the food. Well the taste is just amazing but I fear that the food is not fresh. I felt the food is microwaved, the chicken tasted tough but was flavor filled. The beef enchiladas were great and would have been amazing if it were to be fresh. The service is fantastic and the order to delivery time is so fast that you begin to think something is not right here. The hot plate and the cheese melt gives the microwaving away. However it’s not too bad to avoid this place too. Yup, I would visit again if I got a chance, although I would surely look for others if I am honest.

Not a bad place at all. I love Mexican food and tried most in Burlington and some in mount Vernon. But I’d say this is probably my favorite so far. Real good flavor in the food. Unlike some that the food was bland. I’d actually come back here more often. Only problem they need a better beer selection.

Sitting in the Burlington Mall parking lot wondering where to go for dinner. Jumped on Unilocal and sure enough we discovered a Mexican restaurant with 5 stars. Only about a 10 minute drive we landed at Lorenzo’s. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. My wife ordered the combo That included a taco, enchilada and tamale. I ordered the Chile Verde. Both plates were huge. The wife loved hers and I was extremely satisfied with the Verde. The chips and salsa were outstanding as well. I would highly recommend this place if your looking for some very good Mexican food.

Above average food, with large portions and good pricing.
Was it mind blowing? No, but it was exactly the kind of comfort food we wanted– Tex Mex? Cal Mex? The kind with lots of gloppy cheese and heated plates kinda Mexican food.
We’ve tried a few places between Bellingham & Seattle on our trips to that area, and this is more flavourful than most, with good fresh salsa and unlimited chips and a large menu. A small order of shrimp & crab enchilada was $ 8.99 and it was generous with the seafood. Other plates (chicken enchiladas, chimichangas) were $ 10 or under as well. Service was very friendly and quick with refills.
It was a little further off the I-​5 than we thought, about 7 km. But until we find something more reliable closer to the highway, we’ll probably make the detour next time we’re passing by.

Best Mexican food in Sedro! Love guacamole fresco made right at table side with fresh ingredients! The bacon wrapped prawns are delicious and the carne asada wow! We come here often they catered my wedding and my guests were very satisfied and happy. They are professional and amazing!!! I love this place!

Currently at the competing Mexican restaurant in town writing review, after leaving Lorenzo’s. So disappointed in this restaurant. The food is mediocre at best, service is lacking. Try to get a beer? Nope, taps broke. Said could order off menu, when we tried the same guy said no, no. Then why say yes until we order? Poor service after receiving meal, never saw them again. No second round offered, no check, no waiter? Really gone downhill and Woolley is short on restaurants… Shame. Head to Mestizos! Much better.

Having coming from San Diego California. I was pretty spoiled with Mexican food so it’s tough to beat. This place is good and comes close to the mexican food use to eat in so cal. Great food. Bottomless nacho and salsa. Food comes out really fast. Place can get busy. Cheers.

Love this place. Whenever I come to visit my family who have a place in Lake Tyee. We always make the 45 min drive to go have some AMAZING Mexican in Sedro Wholly. The price is quite reasonable, the portions are nice & big and the quality cant be beat. Love this place and can’t wait to make a run for the border again to Lorenzos (from Canada: P)

My wife and I were in the area for Cinco de Mayo and we were looking for a local place to have a margarita. We Unilocaled Lorenzo’s and thought the reviews look great so we drove to check it out.
When we arrived the parking lot was packed which is always a good sign on this holiday but we found a parking spot. We went into the restaurant and we were warmly greeted but again it was packed so we were seated in the bar. This was the best of all locations to be seated. Bob the bartender quickly greeted us and took our margarita order. Bob is very warm and crazy funny. The margarita he made for us was wonderful. We decided to order dinner and had an outstanding dinner. BE SURE YOU GET THE SALSA AND WARM CHIPS ON YOUR TABLE.
Over all, this was by far the best and nicest place we could have stopped for drinks on our honeymoon.
