If you are looking for an old school dealership in the middle of nowhere than this place is for you. They will try and give you minimum trade in value on your vehicle and give you the old school try to tell you anything to pull out a deal if you are not watching every little thing. We had the finance gal get pissed off at us simply because we would sign papers to «send off to the credit union «when it was over $ 2k more than what we told the salesman we would go. Not only that but their cars that they claim are in perfect condition and are asking on the high end of blue book that should actually be on the low end of book based on what they are.
So all in all if you want a horrible experience and to get ripped off I would suggest this place. If not I wouldn’t even waste a minute of my life to go here!

I see that the reviews are all over the place for North Cascade however my wife and I had a very good experience buying a 2014 Ford Escape there. We worked with Shane Steward who was very eager and I felt like he wanted us to feel comfortable in our decision. There was no pressure to buy and liked the fact that he was really into all the features the car had.
They were fair with our trade in and feel that we made a fair deal overall. No complaints– I think that Shane is newer to the game and eager to please and not going to badger you into buying– that was cool.

Simply put, they cannot be trusted… Jamie Toft (the finance manager) sold me a Ford warranty on an Audi vehicle when I bought it in Oct. Needless to say, it didn’t work for the obvious reasons… I figured it out two months later when I called the Ford warranty company. So then I ask for my money back. Jamie told me he was working on it. That was mid Dec. It is now beginning of March, and I still don’t have any word on when I’m getting my money back. And on top of that, I just found out Jamie spent the money I requested and forged a new warranty contract with a different warranty company mid Dec. AFTER I REQUESTED IT BACK! Also, back when my wife and I were signing papers, the car salesman (Larry) lied right to our faces on just following up on some concerns that we had with the car. Typical car salesmen tricks! Can’t really expect allot from a car salesmen… And somehow, the thing that I was least discussed with (but yet still very important) is how over priced there used cars are. I talked «Larry» $ 4,000 down from their «JUST REDUCED PRICE» and I was STILL over paying on retail according to KBB on a car that should cost between $ 10-​$ 12K. I have made it my personal mission to inform every friend/​family member/​co-​worker never to buy from these jokers! I’m not sure if these guys are idiots or crooked but I would stay away if you value you time, money and sanity…

It was an hour and half drive from our house getting to this small dealership but it was completely worth the trek. Our salesman Mark was extremely personable and willing to negotiate on an agreeable price. It’s been two weeks and we couldn’t be more pleased with both North Cascade Ford and their follow-​up customer service. Highly recommend them.

A month ago my husbands car started having issues, like the kind of issues that cost more than the car is worth to fix. So we went in search of the semi-​perfect car. 13 hours and 9 dealerships later we ended up in Sedro-​Woolley.
I’d called ahead so they knew we were making the hour+ drive up there, the salesman was waiting and the car was pulled out for us to look at. He told us to take it for a drive and we would talk numbers when we got back — sure no problem! We bought it, paid cash and less than blue book — yay!
The check engine light was on and they agreed to fix it, I brought it up a few days later to have it checked out, they said they would have to order the part (a new computer!?) and I’d have to bring it back up in a week or so. Later on I opened up the trunk, they’d found the floor mats and put them in there for us, nice! They fixed the computer, the break light in the window, and got it done earlier than expected.
I picked up the mail today and found the owners manual, the original sales invoice from their dealership, and two extra keys, totally unexpected but very appreciated!
All in all it was a painless and easy process. They were very friendly and helpful and got everything handled. If I ever need a Ford I’ll be back!

I highly recommend North Cascade Ford. We have purchased 2 vehicles in the last couple of years, One for my daughter and one for my husband. They are honest, upfront, and treat you with integrity. The customer service we recieved before and after purchasing the vehicles was outstanding.
