Today at 12:58pm I have been ordering from Lenox for years now, but I have never been so disappointed as I was this past Christmas. I ordered a customized necklace that looked beautiful both online and on the magazine. Upon receiving the necklace I noticed that the name I ordered looked like an entirely different name. They capitalized all of the letters, so instead of looking like«Julianna», it looked like«Jultanna». I politely called Lenox to see if they can correct this, and they were no help. Basically, they said that it was my fault. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, they took down my name and phone number and told me someone would give me a call within the next business day. It has been a week and I still haven’t heard from them. I have tried calling back and have been placed on hold for over an hour at a time. All I can say is DONOTORDERFROMTHEM. You will receive poor customer service and will not be accommodated at all. What a disappointment. I will post this up on every social media, and review I can find so that no one else makes the same mistake. I would give this less than one star if it was an option.

This is one of my wife’s new favorite shops. I am sure she could get into a lot of trouble here. We came here to return some items for her BFF and to pick up a few other items from her pattern as her birthday is coming up. They are having their 1 year anniversary so they are having a 30% off sale. All the prices seem reasonable and with the 30% off you can really get a good bargain. Nice little shop if you need dinnerware/cooking items and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Keep in mind, if it wasn’t for being married, I would never be in this store as I would be a bull in a china shop literally. :)
