The construction creates a bit of an obstacle course on the journey to the service department but worth the drive. The service drive staff were pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.
Being new to the area, this was my first visit to Alan Jay. I will certainly be back for the 10,000 mile service.
A big thank you for the shuttle drive home.

Nice People! Truly a small town dealership with that personal touch. Easy folks to deal with and the service area is apart from sales so no one bothers you unless you ask… low pressure and easy to deal with.

I found this dealership after a local dealership burned me on a new car purchase. I contacted Steve and he began trying to help me determine the best way to minimize my loss on the truck sold to me by another dealership. Steve located the exact truck that I wanted in Georgia and made arrangements to have it shipped to the dealership. The dealership worked with me on the trade-​in price and even helped obtain a better financing rate for me. I had to drive 50 miles to another county to Alan Jay, but it was worth the drive. I got the truck that I wanted for a fair price and was treated as a valued customer even though it was my first purchase at the dealership. Top notch service all the way around.

I have not had a problem yet, but the two reviews above scare me. I’ll just limit my view to my experience, I bought a new Prius from them, and it was low key, and easy. They even were going to let me take the car home and pay them later. Almost knocked me over. But I did write them a check before I left. They seem to be very nice, but the true test is when you have a problem how they respond. So I will update if I am not happy in the future.

Can’t say anything good, and I’ve really tried. :(Go out of town to purchase, and find another place to get your car serviced. They are not fair or honest at all.
