I stopped by here and got a horchata latte after shopping at Andy’s. I came in the middle of a rush, but the Platinum blonde Barista was so sweet and helpful! She looked like she was doing 5 things at once but still had a smile on her face as she talked to the different customers. The latte was super yummy! perfectly made. Will definitely be back.

Good coffee. But SOSLOW!!! I’ve been late for work too many times waiting for a drink that should take 2mins to make. And they are kind of hipster assholes too!

Amazing organic coffee. The best I’ve come across. Super friendly service. I start and end my days with Roasters!

Had a good first experience here with an awesome horchata chai iced tea. Second time it was a completely different drink. It was terrible! I was so excited to have a go to place for some good drinks. Later I went on Unilocal and saw that this seems to be the norm for everyone. Overall I’m very disappointed, but you can keep yourself happy if you go only when there is a barista you like.

I have been here a couple times since its located near my house. Like other Unilocalers have said its SO inconsistent. I used to be a barista and I understand things happen, and maybe one day your lattes will taste better than other days or whatever! I like to give the benefit of the doubt. I’ve gotten double cappuccinos every time I’ve gone here. Sometimes I swear I feel like I’m on crack afterwards. I always drink coffee so this is surprising. My Mom even commented on how she felt all buzzed after drinking their coffee(and not in a good way) I think maybe they make their doubles, quadruples at times! I went here after a long night feeling like I needed a quadruple cappuccino. Here’s what I got: a cold latte… What! Yup. The coffee was cold by the time I got home(2 min drive) That’s not a huge problem since I do own a microwave and all, but for 3 dollars I would hope for the drink I ordered. There is a difference between a cappuccino and a latte… epps. Plus the coffee was far from being tasty. On the plus side my friend got a horchata latte and it was YUM. Very tasty. I would get that again since the cappuccinos should be avoided(:

so i visit this place once or twice a week ONLY because I shop at Andy’s Market regularly. Their coffee is good, as they serve their own as well as the local Taylor Maid coffe, both of which are yum. But, the girls working here are so darn rude! I have yet to feel as if they actually want me there as a customer. They act like they’re doing me a favor to serve me coffee, which I actually just hand them the money and serve the coffee there on the bar as that’s how it’s set up. I let them know the ½ & ½ had run out and she gave me a very perturbed look and then didn’t tell me she put it back filled on the pickup window. I waited until I noticed it… not exactly difficult to say, «I put the milk there at the window for you.» The first time I ever visited, I ordered a drip coffee and she just says, «$ 2.50», takes the money and goes back to whatever in the back. I didn’t notice the cups were self-serve and I felt pretty dumb with her attitude and not letting me know to serve my cup. anyway, good coffee and horrible service. Be glad you have a job, girls. It can’t be that bad…

I’ve been stopping by this little coffee hut next to Andy’s Market for years on my way to work in the morning. Close to a year ago, My Friend Joe’s was replaced by Roasters, a change I’m not too happy about. The first word that comes to mind when I think of Roasters is «inconsistent». I’m not sure if every Roasters is like this, but this little hut sure is. Inconsistency varies in drink quality, correctness, and price. It seems like every other time I visit my drink needs to be remade. Yesterday I ordered decaf, but was given regular iced coffee. I’m glad I asked to be sure, or I would have been wired all night. The amount I’m charged for the same drink varies from visit to visit. I know the drink I order typically costs between $ 4 – 5.50, depending on who’s working that day. I continue to visit this coffee hut because of its location, and will update my review should things change. Make sure you double check that you really got what you ordered, or you may be in for a surprise.
