Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Not a good experience at all. We rented a car from Friday to Monday, with a reservation time of 9:00 am. As we were on our way the guy in the office called my home phone and left a voicemail asking if we were going to pick up the car because «he had to run out of the office for a bit.» This was after we had confirmed our pickup time the night before. Luckily he was there when we arrived. However, he was in a hurry to leave and rushed us through the process. When we got inside the car it was filthy — food on the doors, dog hair everywhere, dirt and crumbs in every crevice. He was getting into his car to leave and asked if we wanted him to «wipe it down a little.» The car needed more attention than that. We were pondering just returning the car and not renting one at all, but that wasn’t an option since the guy had already left. So we spent 30 minutes cleaning the inside of the car before we left on our trip. When returning the vehicle Monday morning, we got to the office and nobody was there 15 minutes after the office opened. We had to get to work so we left the keys on the desk, as instructed by the man who worked at the adjoining body shop. There were also three other sets on keys on the desk from people who had to do the same. I have still not received a final bill or know whether or not they got the car. Needless to say I was very disappointed by my rental experience and will not be returning to that location.

What a great find… Had to bring my car in for repair and Kurt was right there picking me up and driving me back to his place of business for a great rental car for 3 days great service highly recommend friendly service and good rates too

All I have to say is WOW. This guy that works there named Kurt is unbelievable. I’ve never a met a nicer person in my life. As a stranger walking into a business for their first time, you expect a very business transaction with few words or care. When I walked in he had the door open for me and shook my hand, introducing himself. He was extremely friendly and just a real cool dude. Felt like I knew the guy forever after 30 seconds. I’ll tell you what, the guy goes WAY out of his way for service. I had forgot my license at home, so I told him I’d be right back. He offered to drive me in the rental car back to my house to get it so «we could save my gas.» I took him up on it and he gave me a ride. He had some altoids in his pocket and asked if I wanted some. I gladly took a couple. We get back to the office and I told him I couldn’t wait to get lunch! He busts out a half a sandwich from the local market and hands it to me. He said, «you are my customer now, welcome to the family.» Again, I can’t believe this guy is not a CEO of a company or a spokesperson for huge seminars, I was blown away at how personable he was and how much he gave a shit about his customers. Another customer walked in while we were going over my contract, and he says, «hi there! I’ll be right with you ok? I’ll give you 10% for having to wait.» I mean, what??? Who does that. Highly recommend coming here not only for a car but just to freakin meet this dude. Oh and the car was great.
