This is pretty much the worst care you could find. Please avoid zoom care and see a proper doctor with your medical problem.
I came in over a year ago with a bad cut in my hand. I figured it would be convenient to stop in to zoom care because it was close and they could see me immediately. The unexperienced healthcare staff who saw me (NOT a doctor) put in some pretty painful stitches. I reported right away that my thumb was numb. You know what they do in the ER when that happens? They send you immediately to a hand surgeon, because it means you have nerve damage. At zoom care, they shrug and sew up your open nerve, then tell you to monitor it after the follow up call, then suggest maybe seeing a hand surgeon two weeks later when they take out the stitches.
In short, i had to have hand surgery, but thanks to zoom care i got there too late and will never regain feeling in my thumb. I also suffered through an incredibly painful few weeks as i went about my business with a raw, open nerve in my stitched hand.
Go to a real doctor. They charge you more for a reason.

I had the greatest experience here! I waited several days before having a ~lady issue~ checked out because I was new to Seattle and didn’t have a PCP or go-​to walk-​in clinic yet. A friend recommended ZoomCare and I decided to give it a try. Setting up an account and scheduling an appointment online took me 5 minutes, tops. I checked in 10 minutes early and was called back to an exam room within — literally — one minute. (My provider let me know that this was because the patient before me had cancelled, but still! I didn’t expect to be called back before my appointment time). I saw Dana Gilbertsen, a PA. She was kind, very thorough in her questioning, and made me feel so comfortable. After discussing my symptoms and medical history for about 10 minutes, she said that she felt confident diagnosing me without doing a physical exam/​lab test, but would be happy to do them if it would make me more comfortable. As I was pretty sure of my diagnosis before coming in, I was totally comfortable bypassing the exam. Dana wrote a prescription and told me to call or just stop by if I had any further questions or concerns. The receptionist (wish I knew her name!) was so sweet and helpful in answering my billing questions on the way out. I spent a total of about 25 minutes at the clinic. I was so impressed with their ability to stay time-​conscious and efficient while providing quality care. Highly recommend ZoomCare!

Admittedly, I was late by 7 minutes and Zoom has a strict 5 minute grace period. I walked all the way from Downtown on Dexter Ave, and I did not expect to encounter so many traffic re-​routes. I had to run the last mile and a half with my sprained wrist.
I am disappointed that as a first-​time visitor, in a neighborhood surrounded by construction projects, with no one waiting in the lobby, that Zoom did not take the opportunity to try and see me.
I had every intention of arriving early and called to inform them of such. Their reaction to my tardiness was harsh: I felt like I was being treated like a number in line, instead of a patient looking for care.
Unfortunately, I am not going to use this location ever again.

I have to say that I was incredibly weary of going to a place that wasn’t «Swedish» or some big name hospital. After I called Swedish 6 times to help me get care after a minor car accident this morning I finally gave up and found out about ZOOM through my insurance carrier. The concept of the place is very new to me in many ways. Its very immediate and electronic. I like that. And same day appointments, who doesn’t like those. The facility is clean, bright and inviting. A nice departure from the demure, taupe-​land of hospitals.
My visit with the doctor was thorough and informative. I need someone to be on my level and explain things to me kindly and completely. I am very picky about doctors with big egos who don’t understand they are at YOUR service. I left feeling like I had answers. No attitudes or alt-​motives.

I ran out of BC and discovered my prescription had expired on a Sunday. My doctor and Planned Parenthood are both closed on Sundays, so I started panicking.
I called Zoom Care, the only place that was still open at 3:45pm on Sunday, and got an appointment at 4:15pm. I filled out some paperwork, gave them my insurance, and was out of there with what I needed by 4:35pm. The nurse practitioner was awesome and hilarious. 10 stars, Zoom care, 10 stars.

I love Zoom+Care! I started going to Zoom+Care about a year ago and I haven’t looked back since. How awesome is it that I can secure a same day appointment without the long wait time of a traditional primary care office? The staff at Zoom+Care is also wonderfully delightful. They made me feel welcomed and cared for on both medical and personal levels. Johnetta, the Nurse Practitioner, and Annie, the receptionist and phlebotomist, were so welcoming, efficient, professional, and downright hilarious. The experience was more like chatting with two friends than going to a doctor’s office. I will definitely be back for my future healthcare needs.

I don’t have a primary care doctor because I find Zoomcare so efficient and wonderful at helping me when I’m not feeling well.
I went once for problems related to plantar fasciitis and was able to get a recommendation to see a physical therapist.
The last two times I’ve been to the office I’ve seen Johnetta. She’s FANTASTIC!!! Super nice and very knowledgable!
The first time she helped me it was for a sinus and ear infection. I went in feeling just awful. She listened to what was wrong, diagnosed me and sent me on my way with an antibiotic prescription. Within a week I was feeling so much better!
Last week I went in to talk to her about some trouble I was having breathing while exercising. I had never had breathing problems before so I was very concerned about what was happening when I went in. Again, she carefully listened to what was wrong, asked questions and diagnosed me accordingly. I left with a treatment plan that I’ve been using for several days now and I feel amazing! No issues breathing when I exercise anymore. She even wrote a message to me today to check in to see if I was experiencing relief from my prescriptions and treatment plan. How thoughtful is that?!
Normally, I’m not a fan of doctors or visits to the doctor’s office. But I honestly don’t mind visiting ZoomCare and talking with Johnetta. This office has earned my trust and made it easy to stop in for a visit.
And did I mention how easy it is to schedule an appointment? I usually call the night before I plan to go in, talk to someone on the phone and they schedule an appointment for me the next day.
Last time I called at 8pm and had an appointment scheduled for 8am the next morning. So easy. No long week waits to get in. And when I get into the lobby of the office, I’m never waiting more than a few minutes before I get to go back to begin my appointment.
Long story short, this is a great office. Everyone is so nice, knowledgable and extremely helpful!

Going to the doctors office is so mundane… but, this was the BEST medical experience I’ve ever had! My birth control was going to run out in two weeks and I needed to find a new doctor who could see me before that happened. I called a bunch of offices and waits were 4 – 8 weeks. No thanks! My friend told me about Zoomcare and I was in a jam so I tried it. Same day appointments! No waiting! I got there a bit early to fill out paperwork, and as it turned out there wasn’t anything for me to fill out. They were able to take me early so I didn’t have to wait at all. My nurse practitioner was so thorough and made me feel like I was in excellent hands. She wrote me my prescription, gave me a full physical, and did full blood work for me all in 25 minutes! Oh, also the total cost for all that was only $ 25 with my insurance and their low costs. I’m never going anywhere else!

Love this place! I started my day off making an appt with a new doctor. I left work early for this appointment and when I arrived at his office, I didn’t have an appt. Needless to say I was NOT happy. After seeing ZoomCare by the PCC in Fremont, I thought I would give it a try. I popped in, got an appt right away and was out in 10 minutes! This was easy peasy and they took my insurance. The NP was great, friendly and knowledgeably and the front desk staff was extremely helpful and gladly walked me through everything with clarity. I’m sold on this clinic and will go back the next time I have a need.

So, my insurance paid Zoom Care, but this is not enough for them. I just received a call from their collection agency who said if I do not pay $ 17 of interest charges immediately they will put this on my credit report any day. They will not give me any time to discuss with Zoom Care, and say that Zoom Care is directing them to do this so there is no point to call them anyway.
I wonder if this action is connected to their review response written only two days ago, which is incorrect in all asserted facts. While it is true that I *eventually* got better, my recovery was delayed significantly due to Zoom Care’s poor treatment. More importantly, I am socked that Zoom Care would post public information with details of my care. I thought this was against the law!

This is the first time I have ever been without medical insurance and I’m also new to the Seattle area, so when I was having ear issues, I was a little worried. Zoom Care is close to my house and you can pay out of pocket so I decided to give it a try.
I tried to schedule my appointment online, but they only do same day appointments and I needed something for the next morning. I gave them a call after 8pm (when the clinic closes) and they were able to schedule me for the next morning at my preferred time. The clinic is easy to find and parking is available out front, though limited. I arrived and the women at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. They took down my information, had me sign up for their Zoom Mobile Account (it shows your invoices, the services you had, you can email the doctors, etc.), and had me take a seat.
I met with Dr. O’Brien and she was absolutely wonderful. She was very warm and friendly, really took the time to be thorough with my issue, and was very conscious that I was paying out of pocket. She was also able to write me a prescription for birth control, as well as give me suggestions on which pharmacies to get it filled. She did not make me feel rushed at all and I was very comfortable with her. For those of you wondering, the out of pocket office visit is $ 140. I ended up paying $ 158 total because I needed some ear drops.
The receptionist also let me know that Zoom Care would be offering private health insurance within the next year or so. While prices aren’t set yet, it sounded like they were comparable to getting insurance on the exchange. If I don’t have insurance by then, I would definitely consider doing that.

I called at 11:15am today and had an appointment at 12:15pm. It was fast! I saw a nurse practitioner for my finger paronychia. She was very professional and kind! My pain went away immediately after she drained out all the pus. She sprayed ice before poking my skin, so I felt cold instead of pain. There was no pain at all! The front dest staff was friendly and helpful too! Comparing the price with Swedish and the waiting time with other traditional clinic, zoomcare is a good choice!

My 8-​year old started crying and holding her ear on a Saturday afternoon, so I took her to the Wallingford ZoomCare, very close to our house. We arrived at 12:40 p.m. That location didn’t have an appointment until 2:30, so the nice young man at the desk offered to look at the availability of the Fremont clinic. Fremont had an appointment at 1:30, so we took it. The young man scheduled the appointment for me, and also took all of my information, including insurance, so it would already be in their system when we arrived at the Fremont clinic.
The Fremont clinc is in the same building as PCC, so there is free parking for 90 minutes in the garage – a great asset in that neighborhood. We got some food and drinks from PCC and ate them in the waiting room. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and courteous, and she kept us updated about where we were in the queue. The Physician’s Assistant was running a little late, but not by much – not a big deal at all.
Her name was Maureen O’Brien and she was FANTASTIC!!! I would highly recommend her to anyone, but especially for kids. She’s a mom herself and it showed. She put my very shy daughter at ease right away, and was just super with her. She explained everything she was about to do when she examined my daughter, and assured her nothing she was going to do was going to hurt.
To top it all off, the clinic had the antibiotics we needed (chewable kids’ antibiotics) so I didn’t even have to make a trip to a pharmacy.
This was an ovrall fantastic experience. With my insurance, I only paid $ 44! I highly recommend this chain of clinics!

I have had a fatty cyst in my ear for years, without any problems. I woke up this morning, and it had become infected. I stopped in to this location on a whim, and was able to be seen immediately. Not only was the NP very knowledgable, but also had the best «bedside manor» of any medical professional I’ve seen in the past. She removed the cyst quickly and painlessly with the assistance of the other gal working, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the entirety of the procedure. Furthermore, I was extremely pleased with the cost, only paying $ 150 for the procedure and the antibiotics, which they had in house! Should I ever require something in the future, I will definitely be returning here and praying the same two amazing staff members are working! Thank you, ladies!

I needed a quick tx of known issue:
(1) same day appt near my office
(2) in and out in 10 minutes
(3) worth the money (I have insurance but it wasn’t 100% covered but I have no complaint about that).
(4) everyone professional.
I’d return for similar issues.

Went in for a last minute check-​up on a Sunday night. Appreciated the following points:
1– online scheduling
2– service I received from the Nurse Practitioner (NP) was really great
3– conveniently located in my neighborhood… though other locations were close alternatives too.
4– i had to pay out-​of-​network fees, but as a result I’ve already covered my deductible for the year. (silver linings and all that)
5– NP printed out supplemental materials for me to go home with me
Downside: though online they say you can get your prescriptions onsite too, but not as extensive of a RX list as would be convenient
I’d definitely go back if I was in a bind and couldn’t get into to see my doctor or go to my in-​network urgent care.

need a day of appointment before heading out of town. I was seen 45 minutes after calling. Insurance options and coverage were clearly explained before service. I was in, seen, and on my way with prescriptions in hand in less than 20 minutes. top notch service and treatment as well. pretty great experience all around from the front desk to the health care professional.

I’ve been fighting a nasty cold for the last month and because I’m flying tomorrow I wanted to make sure my sinuses aren’t going to explode once I get on that plane. I was in and our the door in less than 30 minutes with good information about how I should treat my symptoms moving forward. If only all doctor’s appointments could be this convenient, service oriented and fast. IS THIS THE FUTURE? I hope so.

Fast, friendly, professional service. They answered all my questions and never made me feel like an «annoying patient» for asking (the way some doctors do, unfortunately).
My insurance covered my visit, and the Rx direct from them was actually *less* than my normal Rx copay! And they can send your records on to your primary care physician, too.
I’ll definitely return, if I’m in need of a same-​day appointment again.
