A friend and I stumbled upon this new food truck when I recently visited Seattle. I think they’d only been in business a week or so. I’m a native New Englander so I get the the wicked good and grinders references — very clever. I live in the land of hoagies now and still say grinder and people look at me funny(grinder = hoagie, sub, sandwich on a long roll basically!) and not many people say wicked if you’re not from New England. I now live in Philadelphia so I can sorta judge a good cheesesteak and they have a very good one(though they don’t call it a cheesesteak and they have peppers on it). My friend and I split the steak and cheese and the eggplant parm and both were great. The eggplant parm reminded me of my grandmothers favorite grinder from the local pizza place near her house. Looking forward to finding these guys again when I am next in Seattle.

Caught them on their opening day. The flavor is amazing! I had the Steak & Cheese, my wife had the Chicken Melt, both were perfection! Definitely recommended and we will definitely be back for more!
