Rachel Barr is the perfect example of best customer service. I would like to appreciate her for her patience and support she has given. Thanks for all your help sincerely appreciate and I am extremely grateful for the work, time and effort put into making certification letter document.
She went the extra mile and saved me from go back all the way to Renton to fix the document.

Not very helpful. Staff looked at me like I was all knowing. In just a messenger dropping money for the boss. I know nothing about the account.

I’m not sure what’s worse walking into a room and have everyone stare at you awkwardly or cringing at someone’s uncomfortable smile.
It’s starting to make me feeling uncomfortable when the tellers know things I’ve said to previous people weeks prior. It wasn’t until today that I realize how creepy some of the tellers are and how forced the conversations feels. I think it’s a violation of privacy for someone to bring up your relationship status in front of your significant other.
I’m torn… stay with a bank where the tellers are forced to sell you unnecessary loans or find a bank who will treat you like you’re not just another number. I would think twice about visiting this location unless you like having someone sell you debt.

i have been banking with wells fargo since 1991. I have multiple accounts five to be exact not to mention my bussness account. Today i noticed questionable charge on my account. I spoke to a banker that was unprofessional and rude. Her service were not client centered. I will look in to Chase /Community Bank.

The staff at the Lake City Branch, where I opened my account, is a model for outstanding customer service. You’re never ignored here, and each teller and the managers always treat me with the utmost respect and are always friendly. Add to that the no-fee checking, the branch close to my home and the gas station and it makes for the perfect banking experience. The ATMS even give instant credits for most deposits, and I’ve never had a problem here.
