Visions Espresso Service

I purchased my La Spaziale Mini Vivaldi II from Visions Espresso five years ago. I was impressed with the staffs knowledge and very friendly environment right from the start. They taught me all the tricks and tips to make the best espresso and steam milk properly.
I use my machine every single day, I love it! Gorgeous sweet crema when pulling shots and I’m able to produce that coveted «melted ice cream» texture when steaming milk.
After five years the only thing that has failed is a magnet indicator for the water reservoir, I called Visions Espresso, I was able to bring my machine in right away and within a few days I had my machine back home, plus the price was much less than I expected (but don’t tell them that :)
Strangely, when I pulled a couple shots my crema wasn’t the same as before. I called Visions on a Friday, and on Monday they made a house call, yes a house call! They checked the temperature, my grinder, the beans I was using, they made a couple adjustments, got me back to those gorgeous shots with sweet crema again and didn’t charge me a penny!
I highly recommend them to anyone wanting an espresso machine or anything to do with espresso.

Have both purchased machines here and had them service both an older commercial lever and a new commercial dual boiler machine. Service is outstanding. Service people are very skilled and responsive. Vast knowledge of best product and practices. They have a cool cupping of coffees from all over the US on Thursday afternoons. Also reasonably priced individual and group training in all aspects of coffee making by a very capable instructor (Cole). I believe they are currently the best resource for coffee products in our area.

A cools store good selection of high end home machines and parts, staff have always been friendly on my many visits to the store. If you are interested in a machine they will make you an excellent cup of coffee with it. I have not tried their repair service, fortunately my faithful espresso machine is still faithful.

Good place to buy things. Bad place for service on your machine. Very unresponsive service.

I visited Visions for a 3-​hole steam tip for Rancilio Silvia I have at home.
While I got there, there were a few girls taking a lesson from Sarah on how to pull an espresso. Sarah got one of them to make a cup of latte for me, which was quite good btw, while I was waiting for a guy from the shop to pick up a steam tip from inventory.
Sarah was very helpful for questions I asked while I was looking at some items they have and Cliff was also friendly when checking out the steaming tip.
The place is close from both Tully’s and Starbucks headquarters and is worth paying a visit if you have a plan for pilgrimage to the mecca for coffee in the States.
