Pretty decent. Safe and very near to capitol hill. Management was sometime slow but now it’s good. Though prices are very high.

Decent Apartments but pathetic management. The garbage and trash is downstairs and its always a mess and there is garbage all over the place.

I was walking my dog along the sidewalk in front of Vesper today, one of the staff members ran out and asked me not to let my dog«pee all over their plants.» Even though I was walking on the city sidewalk, he basically asked me not to walk in front of their building any more if I can’t get my dog to pee only on the public side of the sidewalk. I thought he was kidding. If you can train your dog to pee only on the public side of the sidewalk throughout the city, you are a better dog trainer than me! I don’t live in the Vesper, just in the neighborhood, but this experience today leads me to feel that this apartment is not community friendly, and certainly not dog friendly!

PURGATORY — marketed as luxury building with prices to match & managed like it’s a section 8 building with the non-law abiding clientele to match we were falsely led to believe the building is non-smoking, sanitary, and up to code. after eight weeks into our lease and numerous phone calls to police, we have discovered that the building is in fact smoke friendly, vermin infested, and not up to city /state /federal code. management has blatantly lied to us on at least four separate occasions and they refuse to enforce the lease. people break into the courtyard on a daily basis, and management refuses to take action. Pinnacle HQ will not even acknowledge or explain their behavior. Management refuses to compensate or reasonably accommodate us for the unfit living conditions. Our appliances have broken three time since moving in and management refuses to abide by lease contract to replace faulty equipment. we have never experienced such a horrific living situation! this place is literally making us sick with the various noxious smells that are present in all areas of the community — garage, apartment, courtyard, hallways, rooftops. we’ll absolutely be following up with BBB, city /state /fed public health depts, and the ADA for enforcement. DONOTSIGN A LEASE(unless it’s priced to match experience). not worth a penny more than $ 800 /month with current conditions and management practices.

This is a horrible place. Some of people living here are too selfish. They enjoy having party despite of the poor thin wood walls and the feeling of the other residences. Even after they were noticed, they kept making noise, loud music and super base without limited. Please don’t move to here.
