My offices are in the Skinner Building, managed by Unico. We just renewed our lease for another 5 years. The property management staff at Unico does an amazing job. This is a historic building, which can be challenging to keep in tip top shape. Unico gives the building all the love and care that it deserves and keeps it looking and performing to its full potential, all the whilte taking terrific care of its tenants. I’ve worked in the whole range of buildings in Seattle for over 30 years including brand new high rises as well as buildings like the historic Seattle Tower. Unico does the best job of any manager in any building I’ve been in.
