TSA Pre-Check

This pre-​check is fine. It’s never going to be a great experience, but the agents here tend to be more pleasant than not. The lines tend to move pretty quickly. Most importantly, they stay open and don’t always take forever when they switch over agents unlike most of the other airports I fly in and out of.

Never have seen 3 lines and very professional experience. They had a line for regular flyers, tsa precheck and another line for first class flyers. So, glad we decided to upgrade to first class (1^st time) to fly back home. The line was quick and short. And watching the TSA workers, I was pleased to see how friendly they all were to every traveler.
The only thing I could think of to change was more tsa xray lines to lessen the super long line.
Governments should keep most of the airport fees for what it is intended for. Just an opinion.

PreCheck at it’s best is fantastic. Essentially back to the old school pre-​911 days for the most part.
As a frequent traveler it was a no-​brainer to pay the fee and get the extra scrutiny involved to become a «Trusted Traveler»
Be aware that many airports do not have the full PreCheck implementation. You get to keep your shoes on.
There are other airports that close the dedicated PreCheck lines prematurely.
Lately at SeaTac there has been a «program» of sorts that has many inexperienced travelers getting PreCheck. This greatly reduces the value of the program in my opinion as these folks don’t have a clue as to what the protocol is regarding shoes, jackets, laptops etc… and that really gums up the works.
Overall — it’s well worth it if you travel frequently but the implementation varies tremendously from airport to airport.

If I could write a zero star review I would. The TSA gentleman decided I was a great candidate to «train on» during the security rush. Being Inexperienced, he was rushing due to pressure resulting in breaking the inner buckle and outer zipper on my passenger roller bag while trying to repackage. I asked to repackage myself since he was not handling with care. After he broke it up said it would probably be better that I pack the bag.
The security line took an hour and the. 45 additional minutes checking my luggage where they decide to confiscate the only souvenir from my trip. They said checking onsite is not available because they’re not affiliated with the airlines and «good luck» exiting to check to wait in line for additional hour to most likely miss my flight which boarded 15 minutes prior. I asked if there was a report I could file for my newly damaged bag and he referred me to the TSA website for complaints.
I ended up being the last one on the plane with a bag that is now broken and will need replacing. TSA can learn to handle passengers luggage more carefully, chose a better time for on-​the-​spot training, and not be rude when asking options available.

As a frequent traveler TSA Pre Check is a great addition to my travel plans. I love PC and Seattle’s PC is great. It saved me a long wait through the standard line.
They have two screening methods the standard X-​Ray and the new X-​Ray machine. The line moved fast and I was through PC in under 5 minutes.

A quick an easy process to get TSA pre check when flying. Fill out your forms online and schedule an appointment. It’s quite easy and painless. After your appointment you receive a letter letting you know if you are approved. You can also check online your status after the appointment.

I travel frequently for work. Precheck has saved me many hours and much inconvenience. Today I walked through a line of perhaps 500 people and made it through security in just a few minutes. Shoes stay on, laptop and liquids both stay safely in my bag. It’s like pre-​9/​11 security.

If you fly frequently, your favorite airline may have invited you to apply for a TSA Pre-​Check screening. So I filled out an app like 3 years ago.
If your application is accepted, you will get a TSA stamp on your boarding pass.
You eliminate the long long waits past security in some airports, not All. You don’t have to take off your shoes, keep your laptop in the bag/​wheelie, don’t have to wait with 150 people going through security. It’s been a breeze for 3 years going through airport security in airports that had TSA Pre-​Check lanes. I loved this service until last month when they’ve randomized your ability to get on the TSA Pre-​Check lines. I am told sometimes you get a TSA check on your boarding pass, sometimes not. What a crock of elephant shit! Why give an incentive and then randomly take it away? What a schizoid rule this is?
It’s the same TSA rule we all know and love: sometimes your luggage arrives untouched, sometimes someone steals stuff, LMAO.

Professional and quick pre-​check that got through the lines in a timely fashion. There were some lines available that I think should have been opened because of the length of the line, but nevertheless great srevice.

Even in a small airport like SeaTac, they have pre-​TSA. Why not United’s hub EWR (NJ/​NY)?

Horribly long lines at Pre-​check today at Sea-Tac.i travel every week and paid for pre-​check. What’s Up Seattle TSA??? U suck.
