Their traditional Pad Thai is hands-down the best I’ve ever eaten!!! The Noodle Soup was delicious! All ingredients were very fresh and service was fast and friendly. Can’t wait to go again!

I’ve been twice now, and tried both the red and the green curry, and both were excellent! Nice and spicy, and perfectly cooked vegetables. My server, Gustavo, was very friendly and gave amazing service! I will definitely go again, and I have definitely told others.

This review is more about the customer service and wait staff than the food. The service and wait staff are absolutely incompetent. I tried to call in a take out order their phone line was busy for 10 minutes so I walked the one block to place order in person and the guy could literally not follow what I was ordering. This is how it went– me: I’d like to order the thai fish cake appetizer, waiter: so the corn fritters… I was like Huh how does that sound anything alike. Ok fine just politely correct and move on– then i ordered pad see ew with beef but changed my mind to chicken immediately and he was like sure no problem. When e was reviewing order he reads out pad see ew with beef– again in my mind I was like I’m sure I corrected to chicken and you acknowledged my change… but I was hungry so I was like fine I can do beef. Guy charged me and told me my order would be ready in 15 mins so I went home and came back in 25⁄30 just to give them some more time just in case and when I came to get my food and they had lost my order(something about printer issues). So I had to wait 10 more minutes for them to make my food on the fly and although waiter apologized they did nothing else like comping part of my order for their error.

I’m still on the fence with this place. The curry dishes are excellent. The salad dishes and soups are good — the rice dishes are good. The black rice pudding is delish. Where does it fail? The noodle dishes. Too wet, too soggy, falling apart noodles. It’s Thai food not Russian prison food! Sadly noodle dishes are a cornerstone of a Thai place so a more severe reduction in star rating. I would love to be able to order a nice plate of pad see ew and get it right. Will try noodles again in a month or so and bump to 4 – 5 stars if on point. In the meantime — anything else here is great!

Great, Awesome and well flavored food. Came here with an Amazon Local deal while on vacation and we will definitely be coming back on our next visit and recommending it to others to try. Food is reasonably priced for what you get and the restaurant is walking distance from the Seattle Center and Space Needle, maybe about 7 – 8 minutes away. Had the pork and shrimp spring rolls, traditional pad thai(they have a house version made without fish sauce if your prefer), yellow curry and orange chicken. All so good. There were only 2 of us and we finished it all. Mostly served family style but you could definitely have them as individual plates, again tour own preference here. Everything tasted great. You can get everything in varying levels of spiciness, I’m not a fan of spicy but got it at a 1 of 3 and it was pretty well done with just enough of a kick. The curry starts at a 1.5 spicy level and that was a bit much for me but perfect for the boyfriend. The orange chicken wasn’t overly breaded or sweet like you typically see in Asian restaurants and had some spice as well. Overall we had no complaints about any of it and walked away full, content and happy.

I’ve been coming here pretty regularly for six months. The food is a little on the spicier side, but good! I wish they would bring the panang salmon curry back! The service was great when Daniel was working here. The service continued to be highly pleasant when his blonde friend took his place and the ladies they have serving currently are just as chipper and attentive! I’m really surprised that Ti 22 only has 3.5 stars. Do you know who else has 3.5 stars, though? Thai Tom. *mic drop*

Yummy Thai food. Some of the best in Seattle! Come for happy hour. Although the pud kee mao/drunken noodle is slightly different tasting than I’m used to, the pud Thai is really good! You should order it! I like that it’s a comfortable atmosphere with good food and friendly staff. FYI, this place used to be called Fish Cake Factory, no fish cakes here, but they are now under new management(but the food is still awesome).

Decent little Thai place nestled into a good location in belltown. Food was decent, and a few Thai themed drinks on the menu. Definitely does not have the look or feel of a Thai restaurant but has a pleasant atmosphere. Something I really enjoyed having here was the Tom Ka. It’s a hard dish to mess up, and it was actually really good. The entrees we had however I felt fell a little flat overall. We tried the garlic chicken, and the honey sesame beef. The beef was a little over seasonsed, way too salty, and the chunks were small that most pieces ended up being mostly breading. The garlic chicken we felt was the same, just too«punch you in the mouth» with 1 flavor and not trying to balance out. They have a decent happy hour though from the looks of it, and a small selection of Thai dishes. Not a bad choice, but with so many choices around within walking distance would not be my first.

It took me three attempts to come here to actually be able to eat here. First time they closed for a private reception. Second time they closed unexpectedly. So on my last attempt I drove by and saw it opened. Walking in you see that it’s really cute and quaint. The service is spot on. The drinks are average. We got two cocktails. The food is also pretty average. We ordered the Tom ka soup, pad thai, and green curry. The pad thai was really good but the Curry was too spicy. We ordered spicy level number 1(the lowest level) since my wife is spice challenged. But even for me who love spice I found it too spicy. The waitress took a taste and agreed. They took it back and tried to reduce spice. It still is too spicy but by that time we were full.

This restaurant was on point. The interior décor was really nice and different. It had a very modern artsy feel to it. Very inviting. The customer service was great! The server was super nice and fast. And the food, so delicious. We ordered the garlic and pepper wings for starters(which were bomb, btw!). Tender and crispy to perfection! For our main entrees, we got panang curry(based on the server’s recommendation) and pad khee Mao(based on Unilocal recommendations). They were both amazing and tasted like authentic Thai food. The spicy level was perfect too! And the portion size was just right! I’m definitely coming back again! Especially for happy hour! :3

Wow, dead on a Saturday at 5pm? Not the best sign of a restaurant. I went with my sister and her bf before a Sounders game and her bf is vegetarian which is great because thai food can be very vegetarian friendly… but, sadly it was slightly disappointing. We got the pad see ew with fried tofu, pork ribs appetizer, and pineapple fried rice. The pineapple fried rice was the best out of the stuff we ordered. the pad see ew had a weird taste to it, I couldn’t quite put my finger on it but my sister didn’t wanna eat it. Would I come back? no, there’s so many better thai places that you can go to. Sad, the service was great but the food was meh

Seriously delicious food! Slightly confused marketing. The great news is they’ve simplified their menu items and left what is really good on there. Their crab fried rice(with chunks of fresh dungeness crab) was truly outstanding! The rice was fluffy and not too greasy and perfectly seasoned. I retract my previous comment that everything is too spicy. They seem to have dialed that down as well for the American clientele. Now for the marketing… Ti22. How do you even pronounce that? Apparently, this place was called«Fish Cake Factory» before. Now it sounds like an Asian nightclub and it used to sound like a place where aquatic things went to die… In any case, it’s a Thai place in a Seattlefied gastropub. I highly recommend this place! YUM.

I’ve been here a few times and it is consistently pretty good. The atmosphere is great. They have modern, thought-out décor and it is one of the better looking restaurants on this end of Belltown. They deliver and take calls for pick up. Definitely useful if you live or work in the area. They are pretty fast — usually about a 15 minute wait at most. With the exception of our dine-in wait today of 30 minutes. My personal favorites are the garlic and pepper chicken wings and the crab fried rice. All of the curry options are reliably good but not anything out of this world. The prices are avergage and the dining attire is pretty casual. Most importantly, the staff here are usually ALWAYS friendly and not over the top, which I appreciate. We frequent here at minimum, 4 times a month! I gave this place 4 stars for its consistency, reliability, and friendly staff. WELLTHATWENTSOUTHFAST We bought the AmazonLocal deal, $ 15 for $ 30 worth of food and they would not allow our 1 table with separate checks to use 2 separate ones. The waitress was very nice and was more than happy to accommodate. Afterwards, a man with glasses who works here, came to our table and said their computer system was unable to stack the AmazonLocal deals. We asked him why, since the bills were separate and he said we were unable to split bills(that can’t be real). Afterwards he said we should have told him ahead of time that we had an AmazonLocal coupon. It was a really bad experience near the end and put a bad taste in our mouth for the first time receiving poor service here. He was pretty argumentative and yet at the same time, awkwardly passive about it. I wanted to give a 3 star review because of the experience but that wouldn’t be a fair review to the full experience and to the other good experiences we’ve had here in the past. Our waitress however was great! She was very apologetic for her co worker and friendly. Unfortunately, we will probably not be frequenting here or recommending to friends as much for a little while, due to the recent bad experience.

We were brought here by a Amazon Local coupon, but would definitely come back without one. There’s happy hour(half off appetizers and discount beer and wine) which were not applicable with the coupon, but we still got discounted drinks. We ordered the panang curry(a bolder version of the red curry) which was delicious! It’s their strongest curry base so from level 1 – 3, we just got a 2. The green curry was also good but a little bit more on the watery side in terms of texture, but it was full of flavor. I typically get the Pad See Iew wherever I go, but I wanted to try something new so we got the Pad Kee Mao. Again, a level 2 wasn’t too spicy but full of flavor.

This restaurant is all smoke and mirrors. Great location, clean restaurant, cute décor are the only positives I can vouch for. I’ve come here 3 times and have been thoroughly disappointed each time. The first time was in April 2013 when it was still known as the Fish Cake Factory. I ordered their pad thai, pad see ew, and the fish cake sampler platter. The pad thai noodles were overcooked giving a mushy, soggy texture covered in a sickeningly sweet sauce, it looked like phlegm from a hock a loogie and tasted just as bad. A Thai restaurant that can’t make pad thai shouldn’t call itself a Thai restaurant. The pad see ew wasn’t any better. It was soaked in oil and left a greasy film in my mouth, I couldn’t eat anymore after one bite. To call themselves a Fish Cake Factory was a joke since their fish cakes were cold in the middle and had bits of bone and shells laced throughout. Needless to say, the food ended up in the garbage. The next time I went to the restaurant in September 2014 it had rebranded to Ti22. Upon entering the restaurant, I was followed by a homeless man asking for money. When I told him I didn’t carry cash he refused to leave and began to harass me. The useless staff stood behind the counter watching and disappeared into the back of the restaurant. After the homeless guy left, it took them 10 minutes to get me a menu and another 10 minutes to place my order. I should’ve left and gave the money I was going to spend to the homeless man. I made the mistake of ordering the pad thai and pad see ew again and ended up throwing them in the garbage. Decided to give this restaurant another shot last week since I didn’t feel like walking too far from my apartment. For a restaurant to be empty on a Friday evening at 7 near a popular bar district should’ve been a red flag. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I ordered the chicken wings, lard na(special) and honey sesame beef. Chicken wings had a nice fry to them and were coated in a sweet tangy fish sauce, it was good but not impressive. The rest of the dishes were reminiscent of my previous visits to this establishment. The beef had good flavor but since the pieces were cut unevenly there were pockets of raw starch coating the larger pieces. If there’s anything I can’t stand in fried food it’s raw starch. It left my mouth coated in a powdery grease; very unpleasant. The lard na was just a sour version of their pad thai: soggy, mushy, and greasy. Not sure if the gravy saturating the mushy noodles were suppose to taste sour or not but like it’s predecessors, the beef and lard na found their burial sites in the garbage. Service here is absolute crap. We walked into an empty restaurant and stood at the doorway for 5 minutes before being greeted. Upon being seated, the waitress made no effort whatsoever to be friendly or interested in what she was doing and kept yawning. There was no eye contact, smile, nor even friendly gestures. After taking our order, she disappeared for the rest of the evening, eventually it took 15 minutes to get another waiter to get my bill and another 10 minutes to get my card back. Terribly frustrating since there were no other customers in the restaurant. I’m not sure not how this place has managed to stay in business for as long as they have given their terrible food and service. This is a sub par restaurant that should close its doors. You’re better off bringing your business elsewhere, there are many Thai options available, with Golden Singha and Belltown Thai a couple blocks away.

It was the unique atmosphere that drew me in as I had already passed up a few Asian restaurants on my way to the Space Needle. I spotted the giant periodic table element sign of Ti22 walking by and had to have a closer peek. Sometimes a place just looks cool, and you gotta stop in. That’s what happened on my recent Seattle trip. I just wanted a quick meal, but ended up really enjoyed the trendy café-like vibe and urban décor here. They were playing American standards and jazz for the mid-20th Century which made the dining experience very welcoming. The food itself — I ordered chicken pad thai — was perfect. I learned Ti22 definitely caters to vegetarians first, because when I ordered the server told me they usually omit Thai fish sauce for the vegetarians but asked if I wanted it in my dish, which I agreed to. The omission of the fish sauce makes the dish extra sweet, so adding it back in balances it out. The dish was saucy, almost slimy, but the flavors were perfect and portion big and tasted fresh, and for only $ 9. There is probably more authentic Thai food somewhere else in Seattle, and maybe even in Belltown, but I really like the environment they’ve created here that makes you feel like you’re dining in a hip big city.

On the surface, this restaurant looks very promising. Cute décor and good location makes it one perfect Thai-date night restaurant. Unfortunately, that’s as far as this place goes. We ordered one appetizer and two main entrees and all three were an utter disappointment. The taro fritter were bland and stale as if they fried it two days ago and reheated it up in the microwave. The pad se ew and crab fried rice reeked of an odor to the point where I could not eat it. Granted crab fried rice should have a hint of seafood smell, but the odor on this dish was extremely strong. However, they did do one thing correctly, which was my Thai ice tea. Too much cream, but it was heavenly . Service was really slow too and the waiter did not disperse back the right amount of change.

really great trout salad which the waitress mentioned was one of her favorites. However, they were sold out of 3 – 4 dishes on a regular non busy night which was kind of dissapointing since it was our first time. We didnt get the fishcakes we wanted and the ones we did try were not that great. The name has changed recently right after our visit. I liked the original name too!

Great cocktails and interesting food, but shortage of ingredients I was thoroughly excited to try the Fish Cake Factory. The reviews are great. I purchased a Groupon. I visited the restaurant around 5:30 pm on a Sunday night. The cocktails on the menu sounded amazing. Unfortunately, they ran out of several ingredients. The cocktail that I eventually ordered(cannot remember the name) was delicious nonetheless. My significant other’s cocktail was equally delicious. I ordered the fried taro and red snapper cakes. They were excellent, but quite fried. My significant other wanted to order the pork cakes; however, they ran out of pork. It seemed as though we visited at a bad time. Unfortunately, I only will be paying them a one-time visit. Dining out should be enjoyable and not a compromise.

First time here and I must say the experience was great! The name fish cake factory never appealed to me. I didn’t even know it was Thai food until I read the menu online. Shame on me for judging a book by it’s cover because this place has great food. We ordered the Phad See Ew, Hawaiian Fried Rice, and Crab Cakes. Everything was very flavorful. I think my favorite was the Phad See Ew. The Crab Cakes were a good size. I was expecting smaller. You get 3 cakes in 1 order. The Hawaiian Fried Rice wasn’t bad, but it tasted like any other pineapple fried rice you’d find at a Thai Restaurant. I think the pricing for the Crab Cakes were a bit high, about $ 12. The rest of the items seemed to be spot on with what other Thai places charge in the Seattle area. The place is smaller, but it’s very cute. I loved the way they decorated it. Large windows so lots of natural light inside, which I love! I don’t like dark restaurants. It makes me sleepy and I can’t take good pictures of my food without using flash.(First World Problems) The waiter was VERY nice and SUPER helpful! He had a lot of input about what to order, what’s popular, and provide a description of the food. He was also always checking in to make sure everything was good and that water was filled. I really appreciate that extra attention from the staff. Shows that they care.
