Bottom Line — I purchased during construction and closed in December 2003 and have lived here ever since. The building is solid; staff are generally great and the location is fantastic.
Negatives include: Talisman and Elektra owners have parking liens on P8 which means non-​residents have access to secured areas of the building. The gym needs to be updated, and the hottub is almost never at ideal temperature (it’s set too cool to accomodate the senior citizens living in the building).
